【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はタンク内にU字状の曲げ部を有するヒ
ーターを臨ませての湯を沸かす給湯装置に関する
もので、空焼時に温度過昇防止器をすばやく動作
させてヒーターへの通電を遮断し、前記ヒーター
の断線事故や溶解事故を未然に防止しようとする
ものである。

入されている。22はこの温度調節器を操作する
ツマミである。23は電源ターミナル24を固定
する取付台で、ケース1に固定されている。25
は給湯管10と給水管11を支持固定する支持金
具で、取付台23に固定され、前記給湯管10と
給水管11の位置決めと補強の役目をしている。
26はグラスウール等の保温材で、沸き上がつた

いるので給水コツクを閉じて水の供給を止める。
次にスイツチ兼用の温度過昇防止器20のツマミ
22を操作してヒーター14に通電すれば、ヒー
ター14の発熱によりタンク2内の水は加熱され
る。この時ツマミ22を最高温度の位置にセツト
すれば、タンク2内のお湯は温度調節器20の働
きにより約85℃に沸き上がるのである。この沸き
上がつたお湯を使用する場合は、前述の要領で給
水コツクを開いてタンク2へ水を供給すれば、タ
ンク2内のお湯は供給された水に押し上げられ、
給湯管10より押し出されて種々の用途に利用さ
れるのである。

が異常に高温となり、表面が溶解したり、ヒータ
ー線が断線するということはない。
