Claims (1)
続されたアクテイブ素子によつてそれぞれ個別駆
動されるR,G及びB画素電極を複数組具え、一
組のこれらR,G及びB画素電極で一つの絵素を
形成して成るアクテイブマトリクス型液晶表示装
置の画素電極構造において、 走査電極及び信号電極の各交差部のR,G及び
B画素電極のそれぞれを前記走査電極の延在する
方向に実質的に「く」の字状に突出させた形状と
し、 これらR,G及びB画素電極のそれぞれに1個
のアクテイブ素子を対応させて設けて成る ことを特徴とするアクテイブマトリクス型液晶
表示装置の画素電極構造。 (2) これらR,G及びB画素電極のそれぞれの
「く」の字状の突出部の突出方向へのずれ量を各
画素電極の両端から0.8〜1.2画素ピツチの
範囲内のいずれかの値とする ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のアクテイブマ
