Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a container high in the exterior strength of its outer container part and inexpensive to manufacture while maintaining an insulating effect by bringing the side wall of an inner container into a linear contact with that of an outer container. CONSTITUTION:An outer container 1 has a side wall 2 shaped into the form of a regular hexagon and tapered down to a similar form, and a bottom 3 near the lower part of the side wall 2. An inner container 4, provided inside the outer container 1, is gradually blended to the form of a cylinder with its side wall 5 tapering down while internally touching the side wall 2 of the outer container 1 at six touching parts thereof, leaving spacings 7 out of touch with the other parts thereof. The bottom 8 of the inner container 4 is curved upwardly leaving a spacing 9 in the center thereof with its outer peripheral edge in contact with the bottom 3 of the outer container 1.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, in such retort food, the food stored in the microwave oven etc. is heated when eaten. Therefore, the conventional outer container and inner container are in close contact with each other. In containers, the heat of the stored food is directly transmitted to the outer container via the inner container, resulting in poor heat retention of the food and, in some cases, the outer container becomes so hot that it cannot be held by hand.

To bring the side wall of the inner container into linear contact with the side wall of the outer container, for example, the outer container may be formed into a circular shape and the inner container may be formed into a polygon that is inscribed in the outer container, or vice versa. The outer container may be formed into a circular shape, and the outer container may be formed into a polygon that circumscribes the inner container, or the inner container and the outer container may be formed into the same polygon, and the corners of the inner container may be in contact with the center of each side of the outer container. Alternatively, a protrusion may be provided on the outer circumferential surface of the inner container so that the protrusion makes contact with the outer container, or an annular protrusion may be provided in the circumferential direction of the inner container and this annular protrusion may be attached to the outer container. Let them come into contact. In addition,
It is preferable to form the outer container into a polygonal shape because it has a design effect.

In the food and beverage container of the present invention, the space between the outer container and the inner container prevents heat from the inner container, which has become high due to microwave ovens, pouring boiling water, etc., from being transferred to the outer container. The inner container supports the outer container at the contact part of the container so that it can withstand external pressure.
