Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a packaging cushioning material which prevents dust entry and eliminates the need for a bag intended therefor by engaging a lower cushioning material and upper cushioning material to enclose articles to be packaged. CONSTITUTION:Corrugated fiberboard cases 4 containing articles 1, a lower cushioning material 2 and an upper cushioning material 3 with a lid 5 covered thereon are transported on an individual basis or in a stacked form in a few tiers. When the corrugated fiberboard case 4 is subjected to shocks or vibrations in transit, the lower cushioning material 2 and the upper cushioning material 3 therein absorb such shocks or vibrations to prevent the articles 1 against breakage. In the case of dusts entering through a gap between the corrugated fiberboard case 4 and the lid 5 and the seams of the corrugated fiberboard case 4 in storage or transit, the engagement of these two cushioning materials encloses the articles 1 to prevent the contamination thereof with the dusts.

Next, the effect will be explained. The cardboard box (4) packed in the bag (6) and containing the next packaged item (1), the lower cushioning material (8), and the upper cushioning material (9) and the lid (5) can be used alone or in several stacks. Transported and transported. If shock or vibration is applied to the cardboard box (4) during transportation, the lower cushioning material (8) and upper cushioning material (9) inside the two cardboard boxes (4) will absorb the shock and vibration, The package (1) is protected from being destroyed. Also, if dust enters through the gap between the cardboard box (4) and the lid (5), or the seam of the cardboard box (4), etc. during warehouse storage, transportation, etc.
