Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平行に設けられた２枚のガラス板の間を密閉空
間とし、該密閉空間内のガラス板表面上に蛍光体
薄膜を形成し、かつ該密閉空間内に相対する一対
の放電電極を設けた平面型蛍光灯において、 該放電電極と該蛍光体薄膜との間に蛍光体薄膜
の汚れ防止用遮蔽物を設けたことを特徴とする平
面型蛍光灯。
