BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, a considerable number of aluminum swimming pools have been constructed, and as many of these pools have been constructed for several years, water leakage has become a major problem. Originally, various methods were used to prevent corrosion of aluminum pools, such as using corrosion-resistant alloys, adding electrical corrosion protection measures, and even applying anti-corrosion paint to the inner surface for aesthetic treatment. However, when observing water leakage in pools several years after construction, in many cases significant corrosion is seen from the outside of the aluminum pool structure.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, when using such a partial repair method, a large machine such as a welding machine and a specialized welding expert to perform watertight welding are required each time.
The task of repairing all the missing parts, ranging from several to several dozen in some cases, involved a great deal of labor and expense. In addition, after the repair, the repair plate pieces are exposed on the inner surface of the pool, resulting in a so-called "jointed" state, resulting in an unsightly appearance.

As shown in FIG. 3, a bottom joint piece 5 having an L-shaped cross section is fixed over the entire circumference at the corner where the peripheral wall and the bottom of the aluminum pool body 2 intersect. As shown in FIG. 2, a peripheral edge joint 1 having a corresponding cross-sectional shape along the outer surface of the area is provided at the peripheral edge from the part 6 to the overflow groove part 7 on the outside thereof.
5 is fixed, and furthermore, an annular opening joint piece 25 is fixed around the openings such as the water supply and drainage ports 8, as shown in FIG. These joint pieces 5, 15, 2
5 may be appropriately selected and used from a material that can provide a good bonding surface to the waterproof sheet 4 in relation to the material of the waterproof sheet 4. Therefore, it is possible to use a hard synthetic resin board, but since a soft vinyl chloride sheet is generally used as a waterproof sheet, a vinyl chloride steel sheet, that is, a steel plate, is used as a core plate and a sheet is used on both sides of the sheet. A laminate plate coated with vinyl chloride and having a thickness of about 2 mm is preferably used.

On the other hand, the joint pieces 5, 15, 25 are fixed to the pool body 2 side using aluminum stud pins 1.
This is done using 0. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, by electric arc welding aluminum stud pins 10 to aluminum frame 2 through through holes 9 previously drilled in joint pieces 5, 15, and 25,
The joint pieces shall be fixed. Moreover, the stud pin 10 used here is not a general-purpose type with a head and a specified length, but a headless type with a short column shape, such as a cylinder, as shown in Fig. 5, that is, without a head. After electric arc welding, the top part is tapped and caulked to form a restraining head 10a as shown by the chain line in FIG.
15 and 25 are assumed to be restrained and fixed.

The reason why the joint pieces 5, 15, 25 are fixed using the short column-shaped stud pin 10 without a head is as follows. That is, the aluminum pool frame 2 to be repaired often has an inner surface deformed into a wavy shape. For this reason, there are cases where the stud pin 10 has an uneven recess 2a as shown in FIG.
A head 20 as shown in FIG. 7 is attached to the uneven recess.
If an attempt is made to fix the joint pieces 5, 15, 25 using a stud pin 20 with a predetermined length, the tip of the stud pin 20 may not be able to reach the 2 surfaces of the pool body. Conversely, if a long stud pin is used for this purpose, the joint pieces 5, 15, 25 may be fixed in a floating state from the pool body surface, making the fixation uncertain. . On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, using a stud pin 10 without a head,
After it is erected and fixed, the top part is caulked to prevent the head 10a.
When forming the joint pieces 5, 15, 2 afterwards, regardless of the presence of the uneven recess 2a on the 2 sides of the pool body.
5 can always be securely fixed to the pool frame 2.

Moreover, the peripheral joint piece 15 and the opening joint piece 25 are
It is also necessary to maintain as good a watertight condition as possible between the joint piece and the pool body 2. Therefore, these joint pieces 15 and 25 are made by interposing an adhesive layer 11 having strong adhesive force such as epoxy adhesive between the pool body 2 and the pool body 2 made of aluminum and the joint piece made of PVC steel plate or the like. 15 and 25 are firmly bonded and integrated in a completely watertight state by the adhesive layer 11, and regardless of the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the two, there is a gap between the two due to the influence of their relative thermal expansion and contraction. It is desirable to avoid any delays. In addition, when the above joint pieces 15 and 25 are made of PVC steel plates, in order to prevent corrosion of the steel core plate from progressing early from the outer end surface or the inner peripheral end surface, the joint pieces 15 and 25 shown in FIGS. As shown in the figure, it is desirable to form folded portions 15a and 25a to prevent the core plate from being exposed on the end face.

The waterproof sheet 4 is made up of the above joint pieces 5, 15, 2.
After fixing in step 5, by welding with solvent-based adhesive,
Alternatively, by joining the corresponding parts to the joining pieces 5, 15, 25 in a watertight manner by heat fusion method,
It is laid in such a way that it covers the entire inner surface of the pool. In this way, the waterproof sheet 4 is attached to the joining pieces 5 and 1.
The installation method in which only the portions corresponding to 5 and 25 are partially joined and fixed is generally called an insulation method, and is used to prevent uneven or damaged areas on the inner surface of the pool frame 2, and to prevent waterproofing due to thermal expansion and contraction. This is advantageous in that it does not adversely affect the sheet.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides solutions for aluminum swimming pools that have suffered damage that may cause water leakage, such as pitting corrosion.
The inner surface of the pool is completely covered with a waterproof sheet to make it waterproof, and the pool is repaired and regenerated without water leakage, so compared to the conventional case of partial repair by welding aluminum plates, it requires a lot more work. Even in the case of an aging aluminum pool that requires repair, it is possible to completely restore it with relatively simple construction work, and the appearance of the pool after restoration can also be made good. In addition, since the waterproof sheet is installed using an insulation method in which it is fixed to the pool frame only at the required points at the periphery and the middle through joint pieces, it can be installed relatively easily and with a small number of man-hours. Installation and even repair work can be carried out, and the overall repair cost can be lowered. In addition, the waterproof sheet can be laid without any problems, regardless of unevenness or the presence of corroded areas on the inner surface of the aluminum pool frame. As a result, renovation work can be carried out easily, and even after renovation, the waterproof sheet will not be particularly adversely affected by thermal expansion and contraction of the pool structure, and will maintain sufficiently excellent durability. Can be held.

In addition, in the present invention, the joint piece is fixed to the pool body by using an aluminum stud pin that does not have a stud pin, which is erected and fixed to the pool body by electric arc welding, and then the top is caulked to prevent the stopper. Since the repair is carried out by forming a joint piece, even if the aluminum pool frame to be repaired has a wavy deformation and an uneven surface on the inner surface, the As described above, the fixing can always be performed reliably and firmly without any trouble, and as a result, the waterproof sheet can be laid and constructed in a stable manner. Furthermore, since the stud pin is made of aluminum, it is possible to easily form a restraining head by caulking the top, and it also prevents corrosion caused by contact potential difference between the stud pin and the pool frame. Furthermore, there is no disadvantage of creating holes in the pool frame, which is the case when tapping screws or rivets are used to fix the joint pieces.
