み主軸側へ反転させ、ツール交換後は定位置に復
帰するものであり、従つてツールマガジンの移動
ストロークがマガジンベース14の旋回範囲内に
止まり、反転動作を行なわせるエヤシリンダ11
の設置スペースを考慮しても、ごく狭いスペース
に収容でき、テーブル及び工作機械自体もコンパ
クトに設計でき、機械の設置スペースを小さくす
ることができる利点がある。またマガジンベース
14の旋回範囲内だけをカバーリングすれば安全
を確保でき、大げさなカバーリングを必要としな
いのであり、更に従来機のようにATC装置を進
退させるエヤシリンダ設置スペースのような無駄
な空間を生じないため工場のフロア面積を有効利
用でき、且つ各据付け機械間の距離を可能な限り
接近させることができるため隣接する機械へ移動
する距離を短縮でき作業能率が向上する。また機
械自体をコンパクトに設計できるから梱包費及び
運搬費を節減できるのである。
