(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the case of the above-mentioned urinary device for women, it is a cantilever type, that is, the grip part on the upper part of the receiver
Hold only B' and press the lower contact part against your body.
In order to make contact, it is necessary to apply a rotational moment to a point of application that is lined up in a straight line with the point of force, thereby pressing it toward the body. For this reason, it is difficult to bring the contact part 6' into close contact with the skin around the urination area in the groin area, and the adhesion (pressure force) is often insufficient especially in the lower part of the groin (anus side) which is farthest from the point of force. Urine leaked from the lower part, staining the patient's clothes, sheets, etc.

In addition, nurses must clean the contact part of dirty urinary equipment each time they are used, or they cannot be used.
Furthermore, when a certain amount of urine accumulates in the tank, the nurse has to throw away the urine in the tank and clean the tank, connecting hose, etc. In addition, the patient's soiled clothes and sheets had to be changed and the soiled items had to be washed.

(Function) The present urination device having the above configuration has a grip part rotatably attached to either the receiver body or the stand part, so it is difficult to use the urination device with both hands or one hand and the opposite foot. This allows you to press the urinary device toward your body from both sides without any force, and the opening of the urine storage bag has an elastic and hygroscopic abutment part with a three-dimensional shape that adapts to the shape of your body to prevent leakage. Since the receiver is attached to the receiver from both sides, the abutment part comes into close contact with the urinating part of the body or its surrounding area, and urine does not leak out of the receiver. Then, the urine stored in the urine storage bag may be removed from the receiver and disposed of in a predetermined waste disposal box or the like. Therefore, the patient can reuse the bag hygienically by attaching a new urine storage bag to the receiver, and nurses are also freed from the trouble of washing urinary equipment, dirty clothes, sheets, etc.

First, the structure of the receiver R will be explained based on FIG. 1. In this embodiment, the receiver R is molded from plastic, and can be roughly divided into a receiver body 1 and a lower part of the receiver body. It consists of a stand part 2. The receiver main body 1 has a cylindrical body 1A having an oval cross section with both ends open, and protrusions 1a formed on both sides of the cylindrical body 1A.
A grip portion 1B is pin-bonded to the protrusion 1a and is configured to be rotatable from approximately directly behind to directly to the side of the receiver main body 1 in FIG. A long groove-shaped through hole 1f having a planar curvature is formed at the tip of the gripping portion 1B, and the gripping portion 1B is configured to be gripped by inserting the fingers of the hand therein. In addition, the edge 1c on the side of the gripping part 1B itself is such that when the gripping part is rotated right sideways with respect to the receiver main body 1 (see Fig. 1), the edge 1c is attached to the patient's buttocks. It is configured to approximately match the curve of the section. Further, the outer edge portion 1d of the tip of the grip portion 1B is formed of a curve of the heel portion of the body, that is, a curve with a curvature of about 30 to 50 mmR (see FIG. 1). The cut end of the front opening 1b of the cylindrical body 1A is formed into a three-dimensional shape that approximately matches a woman's crotch area.

On the other hand, the urine storage bag P is as shown in FIG.
Bag 3 with an opening on only one side is 7 to 10 cm on the opening side.
It is bent to a certain degree so that the cross-sectional area becomes narrower at the bent portion 3b (see FIG. 4), and the cylindrical body 4 is attached to the bent portion. The above-mentioned attachment is carried out by, for example, a method such as fusion bonding so that the above-mentioned urine storage bag is not damaged or easily damaged. In addition, a string 5 for opening and closing the bag 3 is attached to the tip of the bag 3.

, and pull the contact portion 6 into close contact with the body so that the opening formed by the contact portion 6 covers the area from above the urethral meatus to near the anus. At this time, since the edge 1c of the gripping portion is configured to approximately match the curve of the patient's buttocks, the gripping portion can be gripped with both hands. Further, the front end of the stand section 2 is configured to be located behind the front end of the opening of the receiver main body, and the abutment section can be tilted relative to the body, making it easier to fit the stand section 2 in close contact with the body. Since gripping portions are attached to both sides of the cylinder 1A, the point of action is located on the line between the two force points, and the force drawn by the gripping portion effectively (directly) acts on the contact portion.

When urination is completed, the urine collects at the bottom of the bag 3 on the futon, and the patient releases the grip, places the urination device on the futon, and turns the folded part 3a of the bag 3 upside down. The contact part 6 is wrapped inside the bag body 3, and in this state, the fastener T attached to the string 5 is tightened. Next, the urine storage bag P may be removed from the receiver R and hung on a predetermined hook (not shown) attached to or near the bed. Therefore, after urinating, the dirty contact portion is wrapped in a clean bag, so there is no need to worry about soiling the bedding or the like when taking it out of the futon. Furthermore, even when this urination device is placed on a futon, the bottom area of the stand portion is large and stable, so post-urination treatment can be performed with both hands or one hand with confidence.
