【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、女性の寝たきり老人や重症の入院患者、身障者、その他排泄物の始末が困難な人のための自動収尿システム、並びにそれに付設した女性用尿レシーバー及びそのサポーターに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、パラマウントベッド社より「スカットクリーン」なる商標名で自動収尿器が市販されている。これは図11及び図12に示すように、排尿時に、密接用把手(35)付で硬質プラスチック製尿レシーバー(36)を股部に該把手(35)を使って当てがって使用するものである。そして尿が排泄されて該レシーバー(36)に連結して設置した電気的センサー(37)が尿を検出した時に自動収尿器(38)本体内のポンプを作動して排泄された尿を該本体内の収尿タンクに吸引するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の上記のような把手付硬質の尿レシーバーを股部に密接させるには使用者自身が行う場合と介護者が行う場合とがあるが、いずれの場合でも排尿中に該尿レシーバーを強く股部に押え付けないと皮膚との隙間から尿が洩れることがある。ところが該尿レシーバーは硬質であるため股部に強く押え付けると皮膚が圧迫され圧迫跡が残ることもあった。
また使用者自身が寝たきり老人、脊椎損傷、RA患者、脳性マヒ、パーキンソン病などで手足が不自由な場合は使用できない、又は股部に有効に密接できないといった問題があった。さらに介護者が行う場合は大変な労力が必要であったり、人前では排尿はできないといった問題もあった。

また不意の排尿に対応できなかったり、股部の皮膚とレシーバーとの密接状態が不完全なため使用者が仰臥位及び30°以下傾斜の側臥位にしか対応できなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明では、従来技術での尿レシーバーの不具合点、即ち
▲1▼ 使用者の陰部周辺の皮膚に圧迫跡が残る。
▲2▼ 寝たきり老人、脊椎損傷者等で尿レシーバーを本人が圧着できない場合、介護者が圧着させる必要があるため、手間が大変である。
▲3▼ 尿レシーバーの圧着が不充分だと尿洩れの心配がある。

▲5▼ 人の前での排尿ができない。

等の問題点を解消し、且つ排尿を完全に補足することにより尿がお尻に廻らず褥瘡を防止し、且つ立体ギャザー付の紙製の尿パッドを併用すれば便失禁者への対応も可能となる女性用尿レシーバーを開発したものである。

即ち本発明の尿レシーバーは、女性の尿道口の周囲に前後方向に長く密接する形状を有する開口端縁を備えた非透水性の軟弾性部材からなる長尺袋本体の該前後方向の後端を外側に膨出させて蓄尿部を形成し、該開口端縁の表面に非透水性で軟弾性のタッチパッドを設け、該蓄尿部内に開口した吸引口を有する導尿管を該長尺袋本体の前端から外部へ導出し、該長尺袋本体の内部に該内部を横断する軟質保形部材を固定し、さらに該長尺袋本体の底面に尿吸収層を設け、該長尺袋本体の蓄尿部を除く側面に小孔を穿設したことを特徴とするものである。

このように皮膚に当接する開口端縁に軟弾性タッチパッドを設けたので従来のように圧迫跡は残らず使用感が良好である。特に厚さ5〜15mmのクッション性不織布又はウレタンフォームをコア材とし、該コア材の上面側即ち皮膚と接触する面には非透水性不織布又は空気透過型不織布と非透水性ポリエチレンシートのラミネート材を覆い、該コア材の下面側即ち開口端縁に固着する面には非透水性不織布又はポリエチレンを覆ったタッチパッドを、該開口端縁表面の全周に亘って固着した尿レシーバーは一層使用感に優れている。さらに長尺袋本体には厚さ2〜8mm程度のポリエチレンフォームやウレタンフォームのような軟弾性部材を用いているので、該袋本体の側面部などが接する太股にも大きな違和感はなくなる。そしてこの長尺袋本体の概略寸法としては幅35〜80mm望ましくは45mm前後、長さ80〜160mm望ましくは100mm前後、深さは最大部で20〜80mm望ましくは50mm前後がよい。なお幅及び長さは生理用品に近い寸法である。また長尺袋本体の後端部に蓄尿部を設け、該蓄尿部に溜まる尿を吸引する導尿管を前端部から導出したのは、特に仰臥位の姿勢しかとれない人にとっては後端から導尿管を外部へ引き出すのはスペース的に非常に困難だからである。
さらに上記の方がサポーターにより完全に密着し、洩れのない尿レシーバーが得られる。

また該長尺袋本体の内部を横断する軟質保形部材を設けるのは、該尿レシーバーが股間で挟まれて幅方向で潰れないようにするためであって、特に袋本体の後部即ち蓄尿部が潰れないようにするためには膨出端から全長の約1/4の位置に設置するのがよい。そして該保形部材は厚さ5〜20mmの直方体形状の不織布からなるものがよく、その下面の下方に導尿管を位置させるとよい。

またタッチパッドの周縁、もしくは長尺袋本体の開口端縁の全周を内側に張り出すのは、特に側臥位の状態となっても排出された尿をある程度せき止めることが可能であって、タッチパッドと皮膚との間からの尿の洩れに対して非常に有効となるからである。なお蓄尿部側での張り出し長さは開口端縁の前後長さの約1/4とすると、側臥位への対応にさらに効果があり、また蓄尿部での蓄尿効果と共に洩れ防止に有効である。
さらにタッチパッドの周縁を外側に張り出すのは、股間の太股部に袋本体部が直接皮膚と接触せずに、ソフトで肌に優しいタッチパッドが接触するので被介護者に不快感を与えることがないからである。

(実施例1)
図1及び図2に示すように、略舟形形状の底面部の長手方向の一端側を外に向って膨出して蓄尿部(5)を形成し、開口端縁の一端側をせり上げた形状で該開口端縁が女性の尿道口の周囲に密接するような外幅45mm×外長さ100mm×最大外深さ50mmの概略寸法を有する長尺袋本体(1)を、厚さ3mmのポリエチレンフォームで成型してなる女性用尿レシーバーを作製した。この開口端縁には下記のようなタッチパッド(2)を全周に固着した。即ち図3に示すように厚さ10mmのリング状のクッション性不織布(2a)の上面側に空気透過型不織布と非透水性ポリエチレンシートのラミネート材(2b)を該空気透過型不織布側を表側にして被せ、下面側に非透水性不織布(2c)を被せてこれらの内縁部を全周に亘って約5mm張り出し外縁部を全周に亘って約20mm張り出し、これら張り出し部分を固着して外側張り出し部(3)と内側張り出し部(4)を形成したタッチパッド(2)の該下面側を長尺袋本体(1)の開口端縁に接着固定した。このとき外側張り出し部(3)は下面側に折り曲げ長尺袋本体に接着固定した。これにより股間の皮膚に接触する面は空気透過型不織布となる。

該サポーター(10)は合成繊維系の織物又は不織布などで形成され、通気性能を有する薄肉シート(10a)とこれに重ねられ形成された防水機能を有する防水シート(10b)と上記の尿レシーバーを完全にフィットシールするための二山形状の尿レシーバー装着用伸縮部材(10d)、さらにその先端部に装着固定のためのベルベット式ファスナー(10c)(10c)により構成されており、該ベルベット式ファスナー(10c)を対応するファスナー(10c′)に閉じたときにはパンツ型に形成される。なお尿レシーバー装着用伸縮部材(10d)で女性用尿レシーバーを固定するときには、二山形状側のベルベット式ファスナー(10c)(10c)はそのままの位置関係で対応する上面のベルベット式ファスナー(10c′)に固定するか、二山形状側のベルベット式ファスナー(10c)(10c)をタスキ掛け状態で固定してもよい。

(実施例3)

次に導尿管(6)と接続用ホース(21)とを図5のように接続する。この際自動収尿装置の差圧センサー部(27)が可動状態であることを確認しておく。上記により待機状態となる。その後もし被介護者が排尿すれば、尿は蓄尿部(5)から導尿管(6)を経て接続用ホース(21)に流入し、前記差圧センサー部(27)がこれを検知して強吸引ライン(B)に切り替わり尿は吸引される。

なおこのような尿レシーバーはベッド上で被介護者が座位もしくは半座位で排尿する際にも利用でき、この場合は蓄尿容器はヘッドの下に置いておけばよい。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明によれば、タッチパッドにより股部にソフトにフィットするので密接させても圧痕が残らず、さらに本体も軟弾性であるため長時間の装着でも不快感がなく、どのような体位であっても尿の漏れがなく、しかも確実で短時間に排尿を検出できて直ちに吸引を実行できるので、女性の寝たきり老人や脊椎損傷者等の介護に有効である。また立位で排尿する女性の被介護者に対しても同様に装着の違和感がなく、簡単な装置で尿の処理が可能である。
