Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 a データを記憶する揮発メモリ、 b 前記データを前記揮発メモリ中に保持する
ための第1の電源、 c 前記第1の電源の故障を検出するパワー感
知装置、 d 前記パワー感知装置が前記第1の電源の故
障を検出した時に別個にパワーを供給する第2の
電源、 e 前記パワー感知装置に動作的に接続され前
記第1の電源の故障からの時間の経過を検出する
タイミング装置、 f 前記揮発メモリに結合されかつ前記第2の
電源により動作されるように接続されていて、所
定時間間隔の経過を前記タイミング装置が指示し
た時にデータを前記揮発メモリから外部装置へ転
送する遅延出力装置を含み、所定時間が前記電源
故障から経過する前に電力が前記第1の電源に回
復されるならば前記タイミング装置は再び初期設
定される、 ことを特徴とするデータ処理装置。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置に
おいて、前記所定の時間間隔が少なくとも30分
であることを特徴とするデータ処理装置。 3 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置に
おいて、前記外部装置が前記データを人間に読み
取れる形式で表示するために設けられていること
を特徴とするデータ処理装置。 4 実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載の装置に
おいて、前記外部装置がプリンタであることを特
徴とするデータ処理装置。 5 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置に
おいて、前記別個の電源がバツクアツプバツテリ
であることを特徴とするデータ処理装置。 6 実用新案登録請求の範囲第5項記載の装置に
おいて、前記バツクアツプバツテリが更に第2の
バツクアツプバツテリと、該バツクアツプバツテ
リの各々により別の電力を与えるためのスイツチ
ング装置とから成ることを特徴とするデータ処理
装置。 7 実用新案登録請求の範囲第5項記載の装置に
おいて、電力が前記バツクアツプバツテリの使用
可能な充電を伸ばすためにパルスで前記バツクア
ツプバツテリから引き出されることを特徴とする
データ処理装置。 8 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置に
おいて、前記第1の電源がAC動作電源により附
勢されることを特徴とするデータ処理装置。 9 実用新案登録請求の範囲第8項記載の装置に
おいて、前記第2の電源がDC動作電源により附
勢されることを特徴とするデータ処理装置。 10 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置
において、前記出力装置は、前記第1の電源にお
ける故障が前記第2の電源により検出された時に
前記第2の電源により動作されるように接続され
ているプリンタであることを特徴とするデータ処
理装置。 11 実用新案登録請求の範囲第9項記載の装置
において、前記DC動作電源がバツテリであるこ
とを特徴とするデータ処理装置。
