Conventionally, in order to move the rack along the track, a pair of driving pins are provided at both ends of the lower surface of the rack, as seen in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-26707, for example, while a pair of drive pins are provided at both ends of the lower surface of the rack, and at the curved part in the track, A guide wheel comprising a plurality of sets of two drive arms that can be engaged with the drive pin is attached, and each set of drive arms is sequentially engaged with the drive pin by rotation of the guide wheel to move the rack. You can see things like that.

However, in the above-mentioned apparatus, not only the structure is complicated, but also the width of the rack is restricted by the dimension between the drive arms, so it is very difficult to freely set the width of the rack.

Therefore, as schematically shown in FIG. 6, the applicant provided a pair of sprockets C in a raceway A with a diameter smaller than the arc portion B of the raceway A, and stretched a chain D between these sprockets. On the other hand, a rack device was developed in which the chain D was hooked to a pivot member F fixed to the lower surface of the rack E (Utility Application 1986-
150454), but with the above structure,
Since the hooking point of the chain D on the rack E does not change, the chain D is fixed as shown in FIG.
A phenomenon occurs in which the rack is pulled outward by the rack E located in the straight part G of the track A, and as the rack approaches the arc part B from the straight part G of the track A, the tension of the chain increases. As a result, the moving speed of the rack E is not constant, and stable running of the rack as a whole cannot be expected, and the sprocket of the drive device installed in the track cannot be accurately aligned concentrically with the arc of the track. It is necessary to install the vehicle at a certain angle, which requires time and effort, and if the installation position is even slightly off, problems arise such as the inability to run stably and easily.

As described above, according to the present invention, a drive device including a pair of sprockets and a chain stretched between these sprockets is provided in the track, and the chain is connected to each rack so that the chain runs smoothly. Since the racks are slidably connected at a predetermined interval in a direction perpendicular to the direction, the distance between the track and the connection point of the chain in each rack is always constant regardless of the running position of the rack, and therefore the rack is It runs smoothly on the track at a constant speed, and is expected to provide stable operation overall.
Further, according to the present invention, even if the sprocket of the drive device installed in the raceway is not accurately arranged concentrically with the circular arc portion of the raceway, in other words, even if the mounting position of the sprocket with respect to the raceway is slightly deviated, the rack can be fixed. In addition, it has become possible to adjust the tension of the chain by arbitrarily changing the mounting position of the sprocket, for example.
