ガス透過量検出器、２４は高圧ガスボンベ、２６
，４２は電磁弁、２８は圧力調整装置、３０はシ
リンダ、３２は圧力センサ、３４は圧力設定器、
３６はコントローラ、３８はパルスモータ、４０
はピストン、４４はリザーバ、４８は抵抗管。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高圧サンプルガスが封入された高圧ガスボンベ
    ２４と、 入口が配管及び開閉弁を介して該高圧ガスボン
    ベの出口に接続され、内容積を変えることにより
    内圧を調整する圧力調整装置２８と、 入口が配管により該圧力調整装置の出口に接続
    され、室内がガス透過量測定用半透材１４で仕切
    られたセル１０と、 該セルの出口に接続され該半透材を透過したガ
    ス量を検知するガス透過量検出器２２と、 を有することを特徴とする半透材ガス透過量測定
    装置において、 流体抵抗の大きい抵抗管４８を介して該高圧ガ
    スボンベと該圧力調整装置とを接続したことを特
    徴とする半透材ガス透過量測定装置。
