る。 図面において、１は基板、２は下部圧電素子リ
ング、３は下部弾性体、４はロータリング、５は
上部弾性体、６は上部圧電素子リング、７は環状
導線、８は押え部材、９は回転軸、１０はナツト
である。
面図、第２図はその基板を除いて示す斜視図であ
る。 図面において、１は基板、２は下部圧電素子リ
ング、３は下部弾性体、４はロータリング、５は
上部弾性体、６は上部圧電素子リング、７は環状
導線、８は押え部材、９は回転軸、１０はナツト
である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) リング状の弾性体の表面に圧電素子リング
を貼着して構成したステータと、このステータの
上面に前記ステータに押圧されるように設けられ
たリング状のロータとを有する超音波モータにお
いて、前記ロータ上には、リング状の弾性体を介
して前記圧電素子リングと同様に構成された上部
圧電素子リングを有し、前記圧電素子リングと前
記ロータを回転可能に支持し、前記上部圧電素子
リングの回転とともに回転するように回転軸を設
けたことを特徴とする超音波モータ。 (2) 前記回転軸には前記上部圧電素子を前記ロ
ータ方向に押圧するようにナツトが螺合されてい
ることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の超音波モー
タ。 (3) 前記上部圧電素子の上面には電源用の環状
導線と、この環状導線と弾性的に接する電源供給
用のブラシ部材とを有することを特徴とする請求
項１あるいは２に記載の超音波モータ。
