クチユエータにおいて、外筒の内側の端部１ａと
内筒４のピン穴側の端部７との間に直線形の位置
検出器を設け、内筒の内側の位置検出部がアクチ
ユエータの作動油から隔離されるように外筒の内
側の端部１ａ側の内筒４の端部で、かつ、内筒の
内面と位置検出器の外面との間にシールを設けた
ことを特徴とする位置検出器付アクチユエータ。 (2) 外筒の内側に設けた位置検出器を傾動自在
に係止するようにボールを用いたことを特徴とす
