Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent liquid from solidifying and precipitating in the inside of a piping header by providing one of outlet openings at the position on an annular piping header in the diameter direction including an inlet part of environmental liquid provided in the annular piping head. CONSTITUTION:The annular piping head 4 is provided with one inlet part 3 and five outlet openings 8, and one of the outlet openings 8 is provided at the confronting position in the diameter direction including the inlet part 3 in the annular piping header, and nozzles 6 are opened from the outlet openings 8 through vertical pipes 5. In this case, the outlet openings 8 are symmetrically provided concerning with said diameter line, but the liquid 10 branched from the inlet part 3 is never equalized in pressure in the piping header as the outlet opening 8 is at the confluent point in the middle part.

(Prior Art) Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a piping system using a conventional annular piping header arranged in a storage tank, in which the liquid 10 stored in the storage tank 1 is transferred to an outlet 7 provided at the bottom of the storage tank. The stored liquid 10 is circulated by branching into the circulating liquid piping 2 and returning a part of it from the inlet 3 to the storage tank 1 via the piping header 4, the vertical pipe 5, and the nozzle 6. The purpose of circulating the liquid 10 in the storage tank 1 is to circulate the liquid 10 in the storage tank 1 when handling liquids that tend to condense or precipitate, or when dealing with liquids that have a high solid content and tend to condense or precipitate. The purpose is to circulate the liquid 10 and forcibly create a stirring action. In FIG. 4, a part of the circulating fluid piping 2 and a piping header 4. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the vertical tube 5 and nozzle 6 taken out.

The liquid 10 in the storage tank 1 is distributed from the inlet 3 to the piping header 4 via the circulating fluid piping 2. The distributed liquid 10 passes through a plurality of outlet ports 8 drilled in the piping header 4 to the vertical pipe 5. The liquid enters the tank, is accelerated and ejected into the storage tank 1 from a nozzle 6 provided at the tip, and the entire storage tank 1 is fluidized and agitated. FIG. 6 is a view taken along arrow A in FIG. 5, and shows the arrangement of the outlet 8 in the conventional piping header 4.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned prior art, as shown in FIG. has been done. Therefore, the other end of the diameter, that is, the inside of the pipe around the part a shown on the ladder 4 of the pipe becomes equal pressure at the confluence point of the liquid 10 from the left and right.
Dense liquids have the problem of settling or clogging the inside of the pipe, and corrosive liquids can damage the piping header 4, especially since the circulating fluid often flows intermittently. , the above problems tended to be exacerbated. The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is a circulating liquid that does not condense or precipitate the liquid 10 in the ladder 4 to the piping, has good stirring efficiency for liquid stirring, and is free from damage due to liquid blockage. The purpose is to provide piping headers.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The above object is to provide an outlet 8 at the part a, which is the other diametric end of the piping head 4 including the inlet 3 that flows into the piping head 4, or to This is achieved by arranging a plurality of outlets 8 at asymmetric positions with respect to each other.

(Function) With the above configuration, in the former case, the pressure is not equalized by providing the outlet 8 in the section a, which is the confluence of the liquid 10 from the left and right branch pipes of the piping head 4, while in the latter case, the pressure is not equalized. In this case, since the outlet 8 is not located at a position equidistant from the inlet to the left and right, no liquid remains in the piping head 4, and therefore, there is no area within the piping head 4 that has equal pressure.

(Example) An example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of an annular piping header according to the present invention, in which a yJ-shaped piping head 4 is provided with one inlet 3 and five outlets 8, one of which is an inlet. 3 are provided at opposite positions on the annular pipe header in the diametrical direction including the outlet port 8 and the vertical pipe 5
The nozzle 6 is opened through the . In the case of the embodiment shown in the figure, the outflow ports 8 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the diameter line, but since the liquid 10 branched from the inlet section 3 has the outflow port 8 at the intermediate confluence point, the inside of the piping header is equal. Figure 2 shows a plurality of outflow ports 8 arranged at asymmetrical positions with respect to the diameter line, thereby ensuring that the pressure in section a in the ladder 4 to the pipe becomes equal. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the problems seen in the prior art.

Further, the shape of the pipe ladder 4 shown in FIG. 3 is not circular but C-shaped, with outlet ports 8 provided at both branched ends. Similar to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, this embodiment also does not create an equal pressure area even though the other outlet ports 8 other than the two end portions are arranged symmetrically.

is the open end. Practically, both the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 can be modified by performing additional work on the conventional one shown in FIG. 6. In the above embodiment, storage tank 1
Although the explanation has been made for the circulating fluid piping header installed inside the storage tank 1, the present invention is applicable not only to the inside of the storage tank 1, but also to the arrangement of the inlet part where the supplied liquid flows into the piping header from the outside, and the arrangement of the outflow part from which the supplied liquid flows out from the piping header. Concerning especially dense liquids,
It can be applied to blowing out and stirring slurry liquid. Furthermore, the shape of the piping header can be applied not only to circular shapes but also to rectangular endless types and end types.
