Claims (1)
- 表皮と、この表皮の裏面に積層された発泡体層
とが一体成形された成形体の一端部付近に対し表
皮の一部が袋状に折返されて形成されたアンダカ
ツト部を成形するために横方向へ凹陥された凹陥
部を有する雌型と、この雌型に対設された雄型と
を備えた成形装置において、前記雄型を、前記雌
型上に載置される雄型本体と、前記凹陥部内に対
し同凹陥部外への退出可能に突入される中子型と
に分割するとともに、この中子型を上下動可能で
水平移動不能に拘持する拘持手段と、前記中子型
の上動端位置を規定する上下方向の位置決め手段
と、前記中子型を上動端位置に保持する保持手段
とを設けたことを特徴とする表皮一体発泡成形用
成形装置。
