[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial field of application) This invention relates to a system ceiling lighting fixture that takes earthquake resistance into consideration. In other words, in recent years, ceiling lighting fixtures in rooms in buildings have been installed and suspended parallel to the ceiling, with the lower ends of both sides of the lighting fixture tightly attached to both sides of the so-called "T-bar", which has an approximately inverted T-shaped cross section. However, this invention relates to a lighting fixture installed in such a T-bar.

(Prior Art) This type of lighting equipment is not only mounted on the T-shaped bar, but even when the T-bar vibrates due to an earthquake, etc., the lighting equipment remains attached to the T-shaped bar. It is required to have a structure that can be fixed freely by appropriate means to prevent it from falling.

When removing fixtures after construction is complete, it is desirable to have a structure that allows removal work to be done from below, that is, from below the lighting fixture, to avoid the complication of having to pass your hand through the fixture and do it from the ceiling side. .

As a conventional technique that satisfies these demands, there is, for example, a ``mounting device for a drop-in device'' described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-26058. In this prior art, a mounting bracket is first attached to the outer side of the instrument body so as to extend outwardly and downwardly, and a stopper having an engaging stepped portion at its upper end is attached to a leaf spring that is fixed to the mounting bracket. The lower end of the mounting bracket is fitted into the groove of the lower end of the channel material (T-shaped bar) from above in the upward elastic state of the leaf spring, and the step of the upper end of the channel material is inserted into the groove of the lower end of the channel material (T-shaped bar). The engagement stepped portion of the stopper is engaged with the stopper from below.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, according to this prior art, the mounting bracket must first be attached to the outside of the instrument body. Furthermore, in order to secure rotation space for the stopper, this mounting bracket is attached to the outside of the device body so as to extend outward and downward, but the T-shaped bar is installed in advance in parallel with a predetermined width. Therefore, the design of the instrument body is limited by the extension of the mounting fittings provided on both sides of the instrument body. For example, it is necessary to reduce the width of the instrument body by the width of the extension.

Furthermore, the stopper that directly engages with the T-bar is pivotally supported by a leaf spring provided on the mounting bracket, and the structure as a whole is complicated. Furthermore, the stopper's rotation locus will be affected by slight deformation and changes in elasticity of the leaf spring, and it is highly likely that the stopper will not be able to engage and disengage smoothly with the T-bar.

Furthermore, the pivot point between the stopper and the leaf spring is located above the mounting bracket, that is, on the ceiling side, and in order to operate it, an appropriate hole must be drilled in the mounting bracket and a screwdriver, etc., must be used to operate the stopper. It's surprisingly troublesome.

Regarding its specific configuration, in normal conditions, that is, in a state where there is no urging force,
The lower part of the leaf spring is fixed to the outer side of the lower end of the outer wall so that the entire surface of the leaf spring substantially contacts the outer wall of the luminaire main body. Such fixing may be based on complete fixation by welding or the like, or locking by inserting into an appropriate groove or the like. Furthermore, a screw body that can be screwed through from the inside of the outside wall is provided at the lower end of the outside wall, and when the lower end of the outside wall is brought into close contact with the lower board surface of the T-shaped bar, the tip of the screw body that is screwed through and protrudes. The upper end of the leaf spring that is thus pressed is located at least below the engagement step at the top of the T-shaped bar.

(Function) When the upper end of the leaf spring is pressed by the tip of the screw body and positioned below the engagement step on the upper part of the T-shaped bar, the lower end of the outer wall of the lighting fixture body touches the base plate of the lower part of the T-shaped bar. Even if the T-bar vibrates up and down and the device body tries to rise, the upper end of the leaf spring provided on the outside wall of the device body will
Since it comes into contact with the lower surface of the engagement step of the T-bar, as a result, the instrument body moves almost integrally with the T-bar, and is prevented from falling off the T-bar.

In addition, when removing the main body of the device from the T-bar for replacement or repair, simply loosen the screw that presses the leaf spring, and the leaf spring will return to the outside wall by its own elasticity. It returns to the side and is in almost full surface contact with it, so that this leaf spring does not pose an obstacle when lifting the instrument body.

On the other hand, the lower end of the outer wall is in close contact with the base of the T-shaped bar, and the outer wall itself is only threaded with a threaded body, so it maintains isolation from the ceiling surface, that is, airtightness. be done.

The lower end of the leaf spring 7 is delivered into the groove 3, and a screw 8 is screwed through the outer wall 1 from inside.
The tip of the plate spring 7 comes into contact with the upper portion of the leaf spring 7. The length of this leaf spring 7 is slightly shorter than the distance between the engaging step portion 5 of the T-shaped bar 4 and the substrate 6.
9 is a wiring duct. Note that 10 is a weight receiving portion of the instrument main body 2.

This embodiment has the above configuration, and the T-shaped bar 4
When installing the leaf spring 7, first turn the screw 8 to make the tip protrude from the outer wall 1 and tilt the top of the leaf spring 7. The degree of inclination is such that the upper tip of the leaf spring 7 touches the engagement step 5 when viewed from the plane.

At this time, for example, it is convenient to set the length of the screw 8 and the inclination appropriately in advance so that when the screw 8 is fully tightened, the inclination of the leaf spring 7 is reached. Furthermore, if an appropriate screw body that can be tightened by hand is used in place of the screw 8, a screwdriver or the like is of course unnecessary during the work.

Thereafter, the instrument main body 2 is lowered in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1, and the lower end surfaces of the outer walls 1 are placed on the base plate 6 of the T-shaped bar 4, respectively. Then, the leaf spring 7 temporarily comes into contact with the side surface of the engagement step 5 on the way, but once it passes the engagement step 5, the elasticity of the leaf spring 7 causes the leaf spring 7 to return to its original tilted state and move upward. The tip is located on the lower surface of the engagement step portion 5.

This state can be confirmed by the shock sound produced when the leaf spring 7 comes into contact with the T-shaped bar 4 due to its elasticity. Since most of the weight of the instrument body is carried by the receiving portion 10, the base plate 6 does not rotate.

If the leaf spring 7 is positioned below the engagement step 5 on the upper part of the T-shaped bar 4 in this way, the
Even if the mold bar 4 moves up and down, the instrument main body 2 remains on the T-shaped bar 4.
It will not fall from the ground. In view of these effects, it goes without saying that the screws 8 may be tightened after the instrument main body 2 is installed on the T-shaped bar 4. That is, the plate spring 7 may be pressed after being placed on the T-shaped bar 4.

Therefore, when removing the instrument body 2 from the T-shaped bar 4, loosen the screw 8 as shown in FIG.
If the tip part is retracted inward of the outer wall 1 and the leaf spring 7 is returned to the outer wall 1 side, then the main body of the instrument can be simply lifted in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment, in which the lower end of the leaf spring 17 is fixed near the outer lower end of the outer wall 11 of the instrument main body 12, and a screw 18 is screwed through the outer wall from inside.
Its tip portion can freely come into contact with a portion above the center of the leaf spring 17. Other functions and effects are similar to those of the previous embodiment, but the contact of the leaf spring 17 with the outer wall 11 in the normal state is improved.
