Conventional technology and background: Long-span elevators for construction use are already widely used at various work sites, and the length of the loading platform can be changed to several different lengths by connecting several loading platform segments to correspond to the work situation. It is structured as follows. However, depending on the access structure of the work wall or the building side to the hoistway, it is necessary to have a wide gap between the loading platform and the structure, and for this reason, it is necessary to leave a wide gap between the loading platform and the structure, and for this reason, the loading floor of the elevator that goes up and down the boarding floor is close to the loading platform floor. It is necessary to extend the scaffolding to the desired position, which requires more expense than necessary for means for extending the scaffolding. For this reason, elevators are required to take safety and cost savings into account by eliminating the need for an overhanging scaffold from the building side for boarding and alighting, or by reducing the amount of overhang.

Therefore, it has been previously proposed to partially extend an auxiliary work floor from the work floor (loading platform), but the conventional method lacks structural stability and has a complicated structure, making it unsuitable for construction purposes. do not have.

In addition, expanding or contracting the width of the work floor (loading platform)
For reasons of transporting items other than entering and exiting building walls, for example, in workplaces where bulky items are to be lifted and lowered, the width of the work floor is often made wide for safety reasons. Unlike elevators for permanent equipment, these elevators must be dismantled once the work is completed and installed and used at another work site, so it is important to be able to change not only the length of the loading platform but also the width. It has become necessary.

Structure of the invention: In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the loading platform of a long-span construction elevator that moves up and down using an interlocking drive system has two end loading platforms and a plurality of intermediate loading platforms that extend between the left and right lifting frames. Handrail guide rails are attached to the upper and lower sides of the divided basic loading platform of a predetermined width using a common fastening mechanism at attachment parts provided at required intervals on both sides of the basic loading platform in the width direction. Either a narrow expansion auxiliary loading platform or a handrail mounting guide rail frame provided with handrail guide rails above and below, similar to the auxiliary loading platform, can be selectively installed in a required section.

In addition to the bolt fastening method, the fastening mechanism of the present invention is to provide a pair of ears as mounting hardware on the basic loading platform at a required interval, and on the other hand, on the auxiliary loading platform or handrail mounting guide rail, the above-mentioned mounting method is used. A method can be adopted in which the ear piece is engaged between a pair of ears and locked with a lock pin.

Embodiment: Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a pair of guides are supported and erected on a framework scaffold A assembled along a building, etc. In a construction long-span elevator 1 that can be moved up and down along rails 2, 2, a long span is provided between the lifting frames 3, 3, which are attached to be driven up and down by meshing with rack gears attached to the guide rails 2, 2. A cargo platform 10 of a length of 100 cm is installed, and this cargo platform 10 moves while keeping it horizontal.

Therefore, the loading platform 10 is formed by dividing the effective total length into a required number of segments and connecting them in the longitudinal direction,
These platform segments are constructed with interchangeable connections, typically by bolted connections. The basic loading platform 11 having a predetermined width has mounting bolt holes 13 formed on both sides of the loading platform at appropriate pitches in three places, for example, near both ends and in the middle of the members that make up the framework of the loading platform. An auxiliary loading platform 12 for expansion, which is narrower than the basic loading platform, is attached to the outside of the basic loading platform 11 using the mounting bolt holes provided therein, and the long loading platform 10 is attached to the outside of the basic loading platform 11.
It is designed so that the range can be expanded. This auxiliary loading platform 12 has the basic loading platform 11 on both sides thereof.
Similarly, mounting bolt holes 13' are drilled in the auxiliary loading platform 12, and of course the mounting bolt holes 13' of the auxiliary loading platform 12 have the same dimensional proportions as those of the basic loading platform 11, so that when the two are combined, their top surfaces match. It's getting old. Further, the auxiliary loading platforms 12 are also bolted together at their ends to ensure stability. Furthermore, the auxiliary loading platform 1
The upper and lower members forming the outer surface of 2 are made of angle members with flanges facing upward and downward as shown in the fourth figure, and serve as guide rails 14, 14' to guide and support the handrail.

When the handrail 15 guided by the guide rails 14, 14' is normally installed over its entire length, it can be telescopically extended and retracted, and the upper part of the handrail leg 15' can be moved relative to the rails 14, 14'. A grooved roller 16 is attached to the guide rail so that the groove engages with the guide rail, and a roller 16' that comes into contact with the inner surface is attached to the lower part and is movably arranged.

Furthermore, if the handrail guide rail is a ladder-shaped guide rail frame 17 and a mounting hole 17' is provided so that it can be mounted in place of the auxiliary loading platform 12, it can be selectively mounted and used.

According to the loading platform 10 configured in this way, when operating only the basic loading platform 11 according to the installation site of the elevator 1, the guide rail frame 17 can be attached to the guide rail frame 17 through the mounting bolt holes 13 on both sides of the basic loading platform 11.
By bolting and attaching the handrail 15 to the guide rail frame 1, it can be used as a narrow loading platform.

If it is desired to widen the width of the loading platform 10, it can be expanded by aligning the mounting portion of the expansion auxiliary loading platform 12 with the mounting bolt hole 13 of the basic loading platform 11 and tightening the bolts.
If it is attached only to one side, it can be used as a slightly narrow width, and if the auxiliary loading platform 12 is attached to both sides, it can be used as a wide loading platform as shown in FIG.

In this way, by attaching the handrail guide rail frame 17 or the auxiliary loading platform 12 to the side of the basic loading platform 11 as a reference, it is possible to arbitrarily select according to the work situation or site installation conditions to improve workability. The guide frame 17 and the auxiliary loading platform 12 can be easily rearranged at the work site by making their attachment parts compatible. Therefore, when using in a place where the building side partially protrudes due to the conditions of the hoistway, only the part corresponding to the obstructing protrusion should be used in an irregular state without attaching the extended loading platform 12. is also possible.

In addition to the above embodiments, the loading platform of the present invention includes a basic loading platform 11 as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8.
In the segment connection part A, the joint 18 has a structure in which the upper side is bolted and the lower side is connected with the pin 18'.Therefore, at this joint part, the vertical member 19 is placed at an appropriate distance from the joint end surface, and the vertical member 19 of this end is Mounting fittings 20 bent into a letter shape are attached to the upper and lower parts of the member and the intermediate vertical member, respectively, and the auxiliary loading platform 12A attached between the ears 21, 21 of the mounting fittings 20 or the handrail guide rail frame is attached. such that the corresponding longitudinal member 19' is received;

Effects of the invention: As described above, according to the invention, the width of the loading platform serving as the working floor can be expanded or contracted depending on the situation at the elevator installation site, and for this purpose, an extended loading platform or a handrail can be added to the basic loading platform. Since the guide rail frame can be selected and installed, it can be used as an elevator with an effective and safe loading platform depending on the situation, and by providing compatibility, it can also be conveniently managed as a temporary machine, which is useful for practical purposes. It can be said that it is a thing.
