本考案は移動体をガイドレールに沿つて案内す
る係合装置の給油を行なうガイドレール潤滑装置

一般に、移動体例えばエレベータは移動体に係
合装置を設け、この係合装置をガイドレールに移
動可能に嵌合して構成され、移動体をガイドレー
ルに沿つて案内している。このガイドレールと係
合装置との嵌合面へ潤滑油を供給するガイドレー
ル潤滑装置は、特開昭53−147347号公報に記載の
ようにケースとカバーとによつて構成されてい
た。そしてこのケース内の潤滑油は、フエルト等
の繊維質からなる吸液性の含油部材を介して毛管
現象により、ガイドレールに供給されるようにな
つていた。

かる。このかごにかかつた油は、その滲濡拡散性
により、かごを構成する壁面の間隙からかご室内
に滲み込んで、かご内部やエレベータ利用者の衣
服を汚損することがあつた。

が少くなつた場合、上記ユニツトを簡単に脱着交
換することができるので、従来のように潤滑油を
継続補給する必要がなくなり、保守員の多大な労
力を省くことができる。
