    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排出ガスの排出経路を構成するケース内に排出
    ガスに含まれるパテイキユレートを捕集するフイ
    ルターを備えてなるとともに、上記フイルター内
    に蓄積されたパテイキユレートを燃焼させる加熱
    ヒーターを上記フイルターのガス流通方向前面部
    に対面するようにして設置してなる排出ガス後処
    理装置において、上記フイルターの外側表面とケ
    ースの内側表面とは一定間隔離して配置され両者
    の間には空気断熱層が設けられているとともに、
    前記加熱ヒーターはフイルターの前面部の全体を
    覆う大きさに形成され設置されていることを特徴
    とする排出ガス後処理装置。
