ンチなどを押し込む在来の手段によつては不可能
である。

短い周壁をもつバーリング孔をも自由に成形を施
すことができる穴明け及びバーリング装置を開発
することを問題点とするものである。

致する一対のパイプ内壁支持部材8と、一方のパ
イプ内壁支持部材8に単独移動で該支持部材8か
ら突出させるパンチ9と、パイプの穴明け予定位
置の外周において配置する一対のパイプ外周支持
部材10とからなり、パイプ外周支持部材10の
一方にパンチ9に対応するダイ11を設け、一対
のパイプ内壁支持部部材8に、突出し用杆3の尖
鋭部4の進出移動により該尖鋭部に接触してパイ
プ内壁に接する移動を生ずる第1の傾斜カム8a
を形成し、パンチ9には前記尖鋭部4の進出移動
により該尖鋭部4に接触してパイプ外周支持部材
10の前記のダイ11に通る移動を生ずる第2の
傾斜カム9aを形成したことを特徴とする穴明け
及びバーリング装置に係るものである。

直線状に伸びて中空挿入棒1の外面に突出しない
ようにすると共に、一方のパイプ内壁支持部材8
のほぼ中部に半径方向への移動を可能にしたパン
チ9を設ける。パイプ内壁支持部材8,8は、内
端を中空孔2に突出させ、第2図の通りの突出し
用棒3の進出移動と共に尖鋭部4の斜面に係合し
てパイプPの内面に接するまで移動を生ずる第1
の傾斜カム8a,8aを形成し、パンチ9は一方
のパンチ内壁支持部材8からさらに中空孔2内に
突出させ、その突出部に尖鋭部4の斜面に係合し
て先端をパンPの外周に突出させる第2の傾斜カ
ム9aを形成する。
