Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a material while preventing the generation of improper winding, when the plastic material is rewound, by using a winding member formed into laminated structure in which a flat fabric is adhesively attached to one side surface of a core material, consisting of soft foaming material having a predetermined thickness, while a cloth material, having expansibility, is adhesively attached to the other side surface. CONSTITUTION:A plastic material W, rewound by a rewinding device 2, is stored in a condition that the material W is wound in a roll shape with a winding member 1 in an interposed condition when the plastic material W is temporarily stored between a process of supplying the plastic material W and a process of using it. Here by using a cloth material 8, having expansibility, for one surface of a core material 6 consisting of soft foaming material, as the winding member 1, a differential thickness of the belt-shaped plastic material W is absorbed, and deformation of the plastic material is effectively prevented by rewinding it with no difference of a winding size in a width direction. And by using a flat fabric 7 as the reinforcing cloth for the other surface of the core material 6 consisting of soft foaming material, improper winding can be effectively prevented by absorbing even a fine fluctuation of the rewinding device 2.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a band-shaped winding material of a plastic material such as an unvulcanized rubber material, and more specifically, to a belt-shaped winding material of a plastic material such as an unvulcanized rubber material. The present invention also relates to a band-shaped winding material made of a plastic material that prevents the occurrence of winding defects.

Conventional band-shaped winding materials used for winding unvulcanized rubber materials were generally made of thin polyethylene sheets or cloth, but in recent years, high-precision tires have been used. During production, when unvulcanized rubber material with different thicknesses in the width direction is wound with a winding material interposed, the unvulcanized rubber material may be deformed or winding defects may occur during winding. There is a need for a technology that prevents this from occurring and winds the film with high precision.

By the way, the conventional band-shaped winding material used for winding unvulcanized rubber materials uses a single-layer band-shaped material made of a thin polyethylene sheet or cloth, so there is a difference in diameter in the width direction. This causes the problem that the unvulcanized rubber material is deformed, and when it is rolled into a long length, it is compressed by its own weight and becomes crushed and deformed, making it impossible to maintain precision.

However, in the case of the winding material with this five-layer structure, since there is a non-stretchable reinforcing cloth in the center, subtle fluctuations cannot be absorbed, resulting in meandering and winding defects. In addition, because the structure is complex, there are many manufacturing steps, which increases costs.Furthermore, because there are many adhesive surfaces made of different materials, there are problems such as peeling and poor durability. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adheres a plain woven cloth to one side of a core material made of a soft foam having a predetermined thickness, and a stretchable cloth material to the other side of a band-shaped winding material. The gist of this is that they are glued together to create a laminated structure.

This invention is constructed as described above, and by adhering a stretchable cloth material to one side of the core material made of soft foam, it absorbs the thickness difference of the strip-shaped plastic material and the winding diameter difference in the width direction. By using a plain woven cloth as a reinforcing cloth on the other side of the core material made of soft foam, it is possible to wind up the material easily and effectively prevent deformation of the plastic material. This effectively prevents defects.
