However, there was a problem in that absorbed blood adhered to the hands of the practitioner. Furthermore, it has been pointed out that there is a risk of an accident in which the cotton gauze is left inside the patient's body after the treatment.

。The rod-shaped absorbent material does not cause constituent fibers to fall off to the treatment surface,
Localized bleeding, etc. can be absorbed and removed by contacting the end face of the rod-shaped absorbent material, and it is an excellent product that does not allow absorbed blood to adhere to the practitioner. Even if it did remain, it could be easily detected.

There was a fear of getting hurt.

ものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention is that a water-impermeable tape is wound around the outer periphery of a unidirectionally aligned crimped continuous fiber aggregate, and the overlapped portion of the water-impermeable tape is A rod-shaped spot absorbent material that is bonded with a water-insoluble glue and cut to a predetermined length, and the length of the non-water permeable tape is crimped by melting the wound non-water permeable tape over hot acid J11. The length of the crimped long fiber aggregate is shorter than the length of the long fiber aggregate, and the end of the crimped long fiber aggregate is exposed from the end of the non-water permeable tape. Because the end of the fiber aggregate protrudes and is exposed beyond the end of the non-water permeable tape, the end of the non-water permeable tape does not come into direct contact with the treatment surface, allowing it to be used as a spot with less risk of damaging the treatment surface. It is suitable for absorbing and removing a single drop of liquid.

繊維集合体が最も望ましい。The absorption principle of droplets is that droplets are absorbed by capillary action into a space made up of fibers arranged in almost one direction in the length direction, and the volume of the droplet holding space can be efficiently reduced. In order to ensure this, it is more effective to use crimped fibers, and from the zero lint-free surface, continuous fiber groups, ie, crimped long fiber aggregates, are most desirable.

のが望ましい。In addition, the water-impermeable tape disposed on the outer surface in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent material of the present invention is a film tape made of polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. alone or in combination, and is heat-shrinkable or heat-fusible. However, it is more desirable to use a non-woven fabric made of polyester, polypropylene, etc., which is heat-shrinkable or heat-fusible and non-water permeable, from the viewpoint of morphological stability during bonding and tactile feel during use. Here, non-water permeable means substantially no water permeation, and refers to a water repellency of J-8P8137 of R7 or higher. In addition, as the glue for joining the overlapping parts of the tapes, it is desirable to use a water-insoluble glue in terms of stability during absorption and non-elution into the liquid. Gluing agents are preferred in terms of ease of handling. Furthermore, in consideration of the case where the absorbent material is left behind in the patient's body after one treatment, it can be easily detected by x in inside the crimped long fiber aggregate or on the surface of the crimped long fiber aggregate of the absorbent material of the present invention. In order to achieve this, it is extremely preferable to arrange a thread incorporating a contrast substance such as barium sulfate as an X-ray contrast thread. Further, the length of the absorbent material of the present invention is preferably 50 to 150 mm so that it can be easily handled with a vent touch.

することができる。The rod-shaped spot absorbent material of the present invention is produced by wrapping a water-impermeable heat-shrinkable or heat-melting tape coated with an insoluble glue on one end around the outer periphery of a continuous crimped long fiber aggregate, and then wrapping both ends of the tape. After forming a rod-shaped body that is continuously overlapped and then cut into a predetermined length, the crimp length is obtained by heating at least one end face or end of the cut rod-shaped body to astringent or melt the water-impermeable tape. It can be manufactured by exposing the end of the fiber aggregate to protrude from the end of the water-impermeable tape.

It is possible to provide a rod-shaped spot absorbent material that absorbs and adheres blood, etc. to patients, and even if the non-water permeable tape is hard, it does not come into direct contact with the treatment surface and is a soft crimped long fiber aggregate. Only the end of the thread comes into contact with the treatment surface, making it easier to use with less risk of damaging the treatment surface, and for those with X-ray contrast thread inserted, even if they remain in the body. Easy to detect.
