るハウジングと回転部材間をシールするものであ
つて、微小間隙を介して互いに同心的に組み付け

に、他方の部材を回転部材外周にそれぞれ流体密
に嵌着し、上記両シール部材間の微小間隙にラビ
リンスシール部またはねじシール部を設けた非接
触型シールにおいて、 前記一対のシール部材の対向面間に互いに凹凸
係合する係合部を設け、一方、上記シール部材の
一方に他方のシール部材の密封対象流体側端面に
摺接して両シール部材間の微小間隙をシールする
端面リツプを設けたことを特徴とする非接触型シ
ール。 (2) ハウジング内周に嵌着されるシール部材を
中心軸に対して直交方向の移動を許容するように
遊嵌状態とし、当該シール部材外周にスクイーズ
