【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は鉄筋コンクリート工事時縦鉄筋と横鉄
筋を安定性良く且つ確実に位置決めし、鉄筋を正
しい位置に確実に保持出来る様にした鉄筋間隔保
持具に関するものである。

筋用スペーサはスペーサ本体の略中央部の下方に
突設した脚と、その脚と一体に備えかつ、上下に
貫通する透孔を備えた筒体とを備え、上記スペー
サ本体の直交方向には挾持孔及びその挾持孔に連
通する挿入部を設けた鉄筋支持部を有してなる左
右一対の腕を備えてなる鉄筋用スペーサに関する
ものであるが、脚体及び筒体が十字状を成す各腕
の交叉部にて夫々一体形成せしめていることか
ら、構成が煩雑であると共にコンクリート中でア
ンカーとして作用する脚体がコンクリート打込時
に折損して縦横いずれの方向にも安定性良く鉄筋
を支持せしめることが出来なくなつたり、或いは
養生後コンクリートの割れを招来したりする等の
欠点を有し、又鉄筋支持部は正面形状を略U字形
と成す平板であるため、コンクリート打込時の鉄
筋支持部に対する衝撃を側方に反らせて緩和する
ことが出来ないばかりか、鉄筋支持部の折損、鉄
筋の位置ズレを招来し、安定性良く且つ確実に位
置決めし、鉄筋を正しい位置に確実に保持するこ
とが出来ないという欠点を有していた。

に厚大となる各1対のリブを腕に対し直交方向に
一体形成せしめる様に成して上記欠点を解消せん

鉄筋19は鉄筋支持部12,12′の挾持孔10,
10′に挿嵌されて鉄筋支持部12,12′が立設
せられた長大な腕2と略同幅なる腕3,3′上に
水平状態に支持され、而も縦鉄筋18と横鉄筋1
9が本体1中央部上にて交叉接触し、従つて十字
状を成す本体1により縦鉄筋18及び横鉄筋19
を縦横いずれの方向にも安定性良く支持出来る
為、長大な腕2は常時水平状態に維持出来、よつ
て該長大な腕2の先端部に当接する様に型枠を設
置すれば、縦鉄筋18及び横鉄筋19と上記型枠
との間隔を確実に一定に保持出来、コンクリート
打込時においても、縦鉄筋18及び横鉄筋19が
本体1により強固に直交状に保持されている為、
縦鉄筋18及び横鉄筋19の位置ズレが無く、よ
つて長大な腕2の先端部の移動等による型枠のズ
レを防止出来、又本体1は短小な腕4の基部6に
筒体8を設けている為、施工上本体1を縦鉄筋1
8に挿嵌して長大な腕2の先端部を作業者側に向
けて縦鉄筋18及び横鉄筋19の配筋作業を行う
場合、腕3,3′が筒体8に対して作業者の手前
側となり、よつて腕3,3′に立設した鉄筋支持
部12,12′への横鉄筋19の挿嵌作業の容易
化を図ることが出来、又コンクリート中に深く埋
設する長大な腕2により本体1の安定を図らしめ
ることが出来、而も長大な腕2の対称方向の腕4
は短小に成しているので、本体1の全長は適宜寸
法にとどめて寸法過大に起因する本体1の曲が
り、折損、養生後のコンクリートの割れ等を防止
出来、又縦鉄筋鉄18は腕3,3′を介して長大
な腕2と対称方向に形成せしめた腕4の筒体8に
挿嵌せしめているので腕2との間に腕3,3′を
支点とするバランス作用が維持されてコンクリー
ト打込時の縦鉄筋18の位置ズレを防止出来、又
鉄筋支持部12,12′の外周壁面を円周状に形
成せしめたので、コンクリート打込時の鉄筋支持
部12,12′に対する衝撃を側方に反らせて緩
和出来、従つて鉄筋保持部12,12′の折損、
横鉄筋19の位置ズレを防止出来、又鉄筋支持部
12,12′外周壁面上に該鉄筋支持部12,1
2′頂端部より腕3,3′下端面まで至る下方へ向
かうに従つて次第に厚大となる各1対のリブ1
3,13′,14,14′を腕3,3′に対し直交
方向に一体形成せしめたので鉄筋支持部12,1

れ、該方向への横鉄筋19の位置ズレ、折曲を防
