【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は鉄筋コンクリート工事時縦鉄筋と横鉄
筋を安定性良く且つ確実に位置決めし、鉄筋を正
しい位置に確実に保持出来る様にした鉄筋間隔保
持具に関するものである。

貫通する透孔を備えた筒体とを備え、上記スペー
サ本体の直交方向には挾持孔及びその挾持孔に連
通する挿入部を設けた鉄筋支持部を有してなる左
右一対の腕を備えてなる鉄筋用スペーサに関する
ものであるが、脚体及び筒体が十字状を成す各腕
の交叉部にて夫々一体形成せしめていることか
ら、構成が煩雑であると共にコンクリート中でア
ンカーとして作用する脚体がコンクリート打込時
に折損して縦横いずれの方向にも安定性良く鉄筋
を支持せしめることが出来なくなつたり、或いは
養生後コンクリートの割れを招来したりする等の
欠点を有し、又鉄筋支持部は正面形状を略U字形
と成す平板であるため、コンクリート打込時の鉄
筋支持部に対する衝撃を側方に反らせて緩和する
ことが出来ないばかりか、鉄筋支持部の折損、鉄
筋の位置ズレを招来し、安定性良く且つ確実に位
置決めし、鉄筋を正しい位置に確実に保持するこ
とが出来ないという欠点を有していた。

円柱状に形成せしめた鉄筋支持部を立設せしめ、
更に鉄筋支持部外周壁面上に該鉄筋支持部頂端部
より腕下端面まで至る下方へ向かうに従つて次第
に厚大となる各1対のリブを腕に対し直交方向に
一体形成せしめる様に成して上記欠点を解消せん
としたものである。

つて長大な腕2の先端部の移動等による型枠のズ
レを防止出来、又コンクリート中に深く埋設する

体8に挿嵌せしめた縦鉄筋20の強固なる支持を
図らしめることが出来、而も長大な腕2の対称方
向の腕4は短小に成しているので、本体1の全長

至る下方へ向かうに従つて次第に厚大となる各1
対のリブ13,13′,14,14′を腕3,3′
に対し直交方向に一体形成せしめたので鉄筋支持
部12,12′における腕3,3′直交方向への支
持が強化され、該方向への横鉄筋21の位置ズ
