ラツチを断続操作するクラツチアクチユエータと
、上記摩擦クラツチに接続する歯車式変速機と、
アクセル位置情報を出力するアクセルセンサと、
車速情報を出力する車速センサと、上記車両が停
止時に、所定値を上回る上記アクセル位置情報が
入力されると共に上記歯車式変速機が発進段に保
持された際、上記摩擦クラツチを接合させて発進
処理を行なう制御手段とを備えた車両用自動変速
装置において、上記制御手段には車両の発進禁止
指令の発する発進禁止スイツチが接続され、上記
制御手段が車両の発進時に、上記発進禁止指令の
入力に応じて発進禁止処理を行うことを特徴とす
