Abstract

PURPOSE:To sense the weight stably by providing a rising part at the body bottom of the lower part of a rice boiling heater, and thereby preventing foreign matters such as boiled rice grains from intruding into the lower part of the rice boiling heater. CONSTITUTION:A weight sensor 4 is fixed to the bottom 3 of the inner vessel of the body of a rice boiling apparatus, and a rice boiling heater 5 is secured to this weight sensor 4. This weight sensor 4 consists of a cantilever 6, and the heater 5 sinks in compliance with the weight of an inner pan 9 to cause displacement of the cantilever 6. At the bottom 3 a rising part 8 is formed in a single piece to prevent foreign matters from intruding into the lower part of the heater 5, so that stable output from weight sensing is obtained at all times without hindering the heater 5 to move downward.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional rice cooker, when the rice cooking heater sinks due to the dynamic load of the inner pot, the gap between the rice cooking heater and the bottom of the main body becomes smaller. If there is a foreign object such as rice grains in between, the rice cooking heater may not sink even if a load is applied, and the correct weight may not be detected.

Embodiment - Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a rice cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is the same diagram showing the displacement of the rice cooking heater when the maximum load is applied. The structure includes an inner container 2 inside a main body 1, a weight sensor 4 fixed to the bottom 3 of the inner container, and a rice cooking heater 5 fixed to the weight sensor 4. The weight sensor 4 is constituted by a cantilever spring 6, and the amount of deflection of the cantilever spring 6 changes depending on the weight applied to the rice cooking heater 5. This amount of deflection is converted into an electrical signal by a strain gauge 7 attached to the cantilever spring 6. The inner container 2 has a bottom part 3 integrally molded, and a rising part 8 is integrally molded on the bottom part 3, and the rising part 8 is covered by the rice cooking heater 5. The inner pot 9 is configured separately from the main body 1,
It is detachably stored in the main body and rides on the rice cooking heater 5.

The operation of this embodiment having the above configuration will be explained. When a user puts rice, water, or other food to be cooked into the inner pot 9 and stores it in the main body 1, the inner pot 9 rides on the rice cooking heater 5, and the rice cooking heater 5 is heated according to the weight of the inner pot 9. The sinking cantilever spring 6 is displaced. The amount of displacement d is converted into an electric signal by the strain gauge 7, and sent to a control unit (not shown) in the main body 1.The displacement of the cantilever spring 6, which adjusts the amount of water and heat, controls the bottom part 3 and the cooking rice. The gap g between the heaters 5 also changes.

In addition, the gap g between the upper end of the rising part 8 and the rice cooking heater 5 before applying the load. is the same as or larger than the displacement d+ of the rice cooking heater 5 when the maximum load is applied (go≧
d1), the rice cooking heater does not come into contact with the rising part, rice grains attached to the outside of the inner pot 9 fall into the main body 1 when washing rice, and rice grains dropped when washing rice may fall into the main body 1. They often get inside, dry and harden, and these foreign substances accumulate at the bottom of the main body 1.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a rice cooker showing another embodiment of the present invention, in which the rising portion 18 is constructed on the bottom 13 of the inner container 12, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the rice cooker showing another embodiment of the invention. In this figure, the inner container 22 constitutes the inner side surface part of the main body 1, the bottom part is formed by a separate bottom plate 23, and the upright part 28 is molded integrally with the bottom plate 23, both of which are the same as those of the above embodiment. has the same effect as

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, since the raised portion is provided at the bottom of the main body of the rice cooking heater, foreign objects such as rice grains are prevented from entering the bottom of the rice cooking heater, and the downward movement of the rice cooking heater is hindered. This has the effect that a stable weight detection output can always be obtained without any problems, and the gap between the upper end of the rising part and the rice cooker heater is set to be equal to or larger than the amount of displacement of the rice cooker heater when the maximum load for weight detection is applied. Therefore, if the weight is within the maximum load, the rice cooking heater has the effect of being able to detect the weight without being restricted by the rising portion.
