At the same time, a new filter is supplied from the filter roll into the processing fluid filtration volume. In this way, the filter is automatically replaced, and stable and clean machining fluid is always supplied to the machining fluid tank over a long period of time.

The pressure inside la) increases. This filtration product (lla)
The internal pressure is detected by the pressure sensor (20), and when a certain pressure is reached, the drive motor (4) is driven by the filter recovery control device (21), and the recovery roller (3a)
, (3b). This allows the filter (1
) begins to move on the bottom plate (6), and at the same time a new part is unwound from the filter roll (1a) and the seal (5)
and is set at the bottom of the filtration volume (11,a). At this time, the used filter (1) is collected into the filter collection tank (13). In this way, the filter can be replaced automatically without manual intervention. In addition, in the above embodiment, an example was shown in which the filter (1) is collected into the collection tank (13), but the same effect can be obtained by winding it around either the collection roller (3a) or (3b). .
