と、中央摺動面1B,3B間に介在されたローラ
13とからなつている。また、可動側ガイドレー
ル3にはL字形断面の側板5が固定され、シート
2の両側を位置決めするとともに、ベルトアンカ
6を固定している。この構造のシートアジヤスタ
では、乗員Oがシートベルト7をベルトアンカ6
に接続し、シート2を後退させた状態で、可動側
ガイドレール3の後部突出端が固定側ガイドレー
ル1から離れるため、乗員Oが矢印側に動くと、
側板5のベルトアンカ取付端に大きな引張荷重が
加わる。この結果ガイドレール3の突出端は大き
な衝撃が加わると、第1図bに想像線で示すよう
に固定側ガイドレールとの接合端を基点として変
形し易くなる欠点があつた。

側ガイドレールの後部に連結されたベルトアンカ
とを備えたことを特徴とする。

る。この付勢力によつて、復帰時における摺動抵
抗を補償している。つまり、従来のボールに替え
てロツド10を摺動面に介在させた場合には、点
接触から線接触になるため、摺動抵抗が増す。こ
の抵抗は特に復帰時における障害となるが、可動
側ガイドレール3の矢印方向への移動で既にバネ
チヤージされたバネ11の引張りによつて、その
抵抗分を減じ、可動側ガイドレール3が矢印と逆
方向へ摺動復帰するのを助ける。
