Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow a called subscriber to identify a caller subscriber and to attain optimum correspondence in response to each caller subscribers by providing a function transferring a caller subscriber number to a called subscriber on a telephone exchange. CONSTITUTION:When a called subscriber (a) in a telephone exchange (e) is not busy, a call signal sending relay (b) is activated to send a call signal (c) to the called subscriber (a). After the called subscriber (a) replies the call in the telephone exchange (e), when the called subscriber (a) is confirmed to be a subscriber belonging to a caller number display subscriber category, a signal from an MFDT oscillator (d) is used to transfer the caller subscriber number to the called subscriber (a).
