、ボールホルダが脱落する危険があった。これらのボル
ト締結用のタップはポート壁で隔てた空間の気密を保つ
ために裏面に貫通しないタップ孔とする必要があるが、
ポート壁に耐食性に優れたセラミックスを使用した場合
には、研削加工が必要であり、タップ孔の形成はほとん
ど不可能であった。
