ていない現状である。(Conventional technology) Phytoplankton such as blue-green algae in lakes and red tide in the sea have been occurring in the past, causing various problems such as abnormal proliferation and wrapping around the screws of fishing boats, mass death of fish, and the production of bad odors. I'm letting you do it. There are also methods that use oil fences to capture blue-green algae or red tide and prevent their spread, or methods that collect floating plankton using a vessel equipped with a vacuum and incinerate and dispose of it through processes such as dehydration, drying, and incineration. Although it does exist, it has the drawback of requiring expensive equipment and workers, resulting in large costs, and the current situation is that it has not been able to sufficiently improve the environment of lakes, seas, rivers, etc.

It has a long floating body 2 on its upper part and a weight 3 on its lower part. The outer periphery of the floating body 2 is covered with a resin net 5, and both ends are covered with a vinyl chloride sheet 6. A coconut shell fiber network 1 formed by weaving twisted threads into a tight mesh is fixed with clips 9 at appropriate intervals. Reference numeral 7 is a wire for connecting the floating bodies 2, and 8 is a connecting tool, by which long floating bodies 2 are successively connected to form a fence-like net of a desired size.

Therefore, the weight of the weight 3 must be increased, and the coconut shell fiber network 1 must be formed sufficiently long in the vertical direction, which is extremely uneconomical. It is necessary to effectively prevent water pollution in rivers, lakes, etc. that have the risk of damaging the fiber network 1 and are used as water resources such as drinking water and recreational water. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent even some of the phytoplankton from dispersing.

It is necessary to set the floating body 12 so that it protrudes about 25 to 30 cm above the water surface to prevent phytoplankton from climbing over the floating body 12. Furthermore, if the lower end of the skirt portion 16b hangs downward due to the weight of the elastic body 18, the weight 20 can be omitted.

It can efficiently capture phytoplankton in rivers and rivers, or prevent its dispersion. The foam and coconut shell fiber network have excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and can withstand long-term use. Because the coconut shell fiber network has water permeability, there is no negative impact on fish and shellfish, and there is no need to attach heavy weights to the skirt of the coconut shell fiber network, making it a highly economical fence for phytoplankton. You can get it.
