Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent poorly performed accommodation due to the space below a lower guide by furnishing over a stationary guide a movable guide in the form of a hollow framing, which stops sinking when the stationary guide comes in contact with the lower guide, and an intrusive member sinks from the intrusion openings of the two guides. CONSTITUTION:When an intrusive member 10 begins intruding while in contact with a paper sheet 8 on the transport path 30, a movable guide 26 has run against a stationary guide 25 already to be at a standstill. Therefore, the distance of the transport path 30 from the top of stacked paper sheets 8a is no more than the total of the plate thickness of the statonary guide 25 and the bottom plate 28a thickness of the framing 28 of movable guide 26. Therefore, the distance of the intrusive member 10 intruding until attaining the oversurface of the sheets 8a on an accommodation table 3 after containing a new sheet 8, will be as small as several millimeters, and the amount of deformation of this new sheet 8 become also a value corresponding to this total thickness. This eliminates risk of poorly performed accommodation of part of the new sheet due to remaining on the transport path 30 originating from slippage between the intrusive member and the new sheet.

Even after the paper sheet 8 comes into contact with the storage table 3, the pushing member 1O continues to descend, and both ends of the paper sheet 8 pass over the lower end of the protruding piece 6b of the second guide 6 and unfold onto the storage table 3. After that, stop descending and return upwards. After the compression by the pushing member 10 is released, the paper sheet 8a is held between the storage table 3 and the second guide 6 by the urging force of the spring 2.

Since the rotary plate 20 rotates when the output shaft 22 of the motor rotates in the direction of the arrow, one end of the fixed wire 21 moves upward from the illustrated position and at the same time the other end of the wire 21 descends. Therefore, the pushing member 10 is lowered against the spring 16.

The range of lifting and lowering of the pushing member 10 is as described above, and by setting the length of the wire and the diameter of the rotary plate 20 to predetermined values, the lifting and lowering operation of the pushing member IO can be performed once during one rotation of the rotating plate 20. It is configured so that it can be done.

By the way, in the actual storage operation of paper sheets using the above-mentioned stacking and storing device, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the storage table 3
The center part of the uppermost sheet 8b of the upper paper sheets 8a may be stored with it protruding upward due to a tendency to bend, etc., but this protruding part protrudes into the conveyance path 9. This becomes an obstacle to the paper sheets 8 being conveyed, so the second guide 6 is provided with a protrusion 6b as shown in the figure to prevent the protrusion of the uppermost paper sheet 8b from interfering with the conveyance path. I am considerate. 2 is a space secured by the protruding piece 6b.

However, as a result of the provision of the protruding piece 6b of the second guide 6, when the pushing member 10 is pushed in forcibly, the pushing member 10
While moving downward through the space ℃, the paper sheets 8 to be stored are forced to undergo unreasonable deformation, so the pushing member 10
This may cause slippage between the two, resulting in deformation as shown in FIG. 5(b).

(Summary of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a storage stand for stacking paper sheets that is elastically biased upward and can be raised and lowered, and a a thin flat plate-shaped fixed guide fixedly protruding into the ascending path of the storage table so as to be able to come into contact with the fixed guide; A movable guide in the form of a hollow frame, which is disposed above the movable guide so as to be able to rise and fall freely, and descends toward the storage table through push-in openings formed in the fixed guide and the movable guide that has stopped descending, respectively. It is characterized by comprising a pushing member and a paper sheet conveyance path formed in the hollow of the movable guide.

Due to the rotation of the rotating plate 20, the pushing member 10 and the movable guide 26 maintain an equal distance from each other only while descending from the position shown in FIG. However, when the movable guide 26 collides with the fixed guide 25 and cannot be lowered any further, only the pushing member IO continues to descend while compressing the spring 36, and the paper sheets in the conveyance path 30 are moved to the storage table 3 ( Alternatively, the paper sheet 8a) on the storage table is pushed onto the paper sheet 8a), and the storage table 3 is forced by the pressing force of the pushing member IO to compress the spring 2 and descend, and the paper sheet to be newly stored is movable. By removing the guide 26 and the fixed guide 25, it is unfolded on the storage table 3. The first 180° rotation of the rotary plate 20 completes the storage of the paper sheet to be newly stored, and the fifth rotation of 180° causes both the pushing member 10 and the movable guide 26 to move to the first position.
Return to the initial position shown above.

This initial position is a position for the movable guide 26 to receive new paper sheets conveyed from a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper into the conveyance path 30, so it is necessary to ensure high positional accuracy. According to the configuration, as long as the vertical width of the conveyance path 30 is secured to a certain extent (regardless of a slight deviation in the vertical position of the f guide 26, an appropriate receiving position can be secured).

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, even if the center part of the topmost paper sheet 8b among the paper sheets 8a on the storage stand 3 protrudes upward as shown in the figure due to a tendency to bend, etc., the interference prevention Since the space Jl is secured in advance, this protruding portion does not protrude into the conveying path 30 in the movable guide 26 and interfere with it, thereby preventing it from becoming an obstacle to conveying new paper sheets 8.

Furthermore, as explained in the conventional example, if there is a large space between the upper surface of the paper sheet on the storage table and the conveyance path when pushing the paper sheet 8, it is possible that after the pushing member contacts the new paper sheet 8, As the descending distance increases (that is, the object descends by an additional space), the above-mentioned storage failure occurs.

According to the present invention, when the pushing member 10 comes into contact with the paper sheets 8 in the conveyance path 30 and starts pushing, the movable guide 26 has already hit the fixed guide 25 and has stopped, so the conveyance path 30 and the top of the paper sheet 8a is only the total thickness of the fixed guide 25 and the bottom plate 28a of the frame 28 of the movable guide 26, so the push-in After the member IO comes into contact with the new paper sheet 8, the distance it is pushed until it reaches the upper surface of the paper sheet 8a on the storage table 3 is about several toms, and the amount of deformation of the new paper sheet 8 is also the above-mentioned total. The value corresponds to the thickness. Therefore, there is no room for storage failure due to a part of the new paper sheet remaining in the conveyance path 30 due to slipping between the pushing member and the new paper sheet. Therefore, it is possible to improve the reliability of the paper sheet storage device and enable unmanned operation.

Since the width of Japanese banknotes and US dollar bills is uniform among denominations, it is sufficient to keep the width of the conveyance path constant, which prevents storage failure due to the difference between the width of the conveyance path and the width of the paper sheet. The occurrence rate is relatively low, but in European countries, the width varies depending on the denomination, so when transporting small-width banknotes, it is necessary to transport them to one side in the width direction of the transport path, which has a constant width. It was easy to cause sideways slipping when pushing in, and popping out after storage. According to the present invention, such inconveniences can also be resolved.

In the above embodiments and claims, the paper sheets are stacked in the vertical direction, but the stacking direction may be horizontal or other directions, and directions other than the vertical direction are also acceptable. It is within the technical scope of the invention.
