Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate a grounding operation over the entire part by bringing respective photosensitive printing plates into contact with a panel-shaped conductive material and bringing a ground wire into contact with this conductive material. CONSTITUTION:The printing plates 1, 1... are superposed on each other and are leaned against an end plate 12A. After the end plates 12A and 12B are fastened by means of bolts 30, the assembly is moved to a prescribed position by holding a handle 32. The bottom surfaces of the printing plates 1, 1... are brought into contact with the conductive plate 5 on a bottom base plate 24 and the ground wire 50 is connected to the conductive plate 5. A clip terminal 51 is connected to the end part thereof. The terminal 51 is connected to a member connected to the ground surface.

Generally, a photosensitive printing plate is one in which a photosensitive resin is formed on a support such as an aluminum plate. This photosensitive printing plate is usually quite large, about 1 m x 1 m, and weighs 500 to 1000 g per sheet, which is quite heavy.

In this case, one end plate 2 is used as a pallet stand, and at least one of the surfaces of the photosensitive printing plates 1.1... group and the end plates 2, 2 is covered with cardboard to prevent damage. There are 4. Furthermore, the number of stacked sheets is usually 700 to 1.
About 500 sheets, for example, 1000 sheets when transporting.
Since each sheet weighs between 500 kg and 1000 kg, a forklift 1 is used.

However, when using the above-mentioned end plates and stacking photosensitive printing plates horizontally, the first problem is that during storage,
It requires a large space of 1m x 1m or more as an installation area. Second, when a group of 700 to 1,500 printing plates that has been transported near a plate-making machine (image forming machine, exposure machine) is actually applied to the plate-making machine, it is necessary to carry the After removing Porto 3, the photosensitive resin surface must be carefully propped up on a stand near the plate-making machine, and then each sheet must be taken out and used, resulting in poor work efficiency. and should be handled with care. Moreover, even if there are only about 50 sheets, it is quite heavy, which puts a heavy burden on the workers. Furthermore, in order to take out 50 sheets at a time, for example, it is necessary to insert a stopper hole between each 50 sheets when stacking the sheets in advance, leading to an increase in cost.

Thirdly, in relation to the second point, when a batch of 700 to 1,500 sheets is used, it must be transported using a forklift I, and before it can be sent to a plate-making machine, it must be transported manually by a worker, making the logistics smooth. Lacks sex.

Fourth, if the end plates 2, 2 are not fastened sufficiently, the photosensitive resin surface will easily be damaged if a certain printing plate is displaced during transportation or the like. In addition, since the paper is not interleaved, if there is small dust between the printing plates and the end plates are tightly tightened, the dust will easily damage the plate. Moreover, even before tightening, the lower printing plate is subject to the load of the upper printing plate,

Therefore, when it is installed, it occupies a small surface area, and it is possible to take out each printing plate as it is after being transported, which is extremely efficient in terms of workability and efficiency. Moreover, there is no possibility of damage during handling. In order to provide a conveyance device, the present applicant has proposed a method in which a large number of photosensitive printing plates having a photosensitive resin on a support are brought into direct contact with each other and interposed between the end plates without interleaving paper. On April 10, 1989, the photosensitive printing plate group was fixed by fastening the end plates together, and the photosensitive printing plates were placed on a portable stand in a substantially vertical position. On the other hand, when this type of photosensitive printing plate is stored or transported, static electricity is likely to be generated due to the properties of the photosensitive resin and the mutual rubbing of the photosensitive printing plates. If static electricity is generated, it will cause discomfort and electric shock to the operator.

The above problem is solved in a storage/transport device that supports a large number of photosensitive printing plates having a photosensitive resin on a support in an overlapping state. This problem can be solved by bringing a planar conductive material into contact and connecting a ground wire that can be freely connected to and separated from the target ground point to this conductive material.

In this case, each photosensitive printing plate is supported in a substantially vertical state, the conductive material is disposed on the bottom surface of the support, and the bottom surface of each photosensitive printing plate is brought into contact with the conductive material. Then, when each photosensitive printing plate is placed upright for storage, it is possible to make contact with the ground wire as it is.

Photosensitive printing plates are generally produced by coating a photosensitive composition on a support such as an aluminum plate, irradiating it with active light such as ultraviolet rays through a negative image, and polymerizing or crosslinking the irradiated areas to form a phenomenon liquid. Insolubilize and elute the non-irradiated areas into the phenomenon liquid, making each area an image area that repels water and accepts oil-based ink, and a non-image area that accepts water and repels oil-based ink. In the examples of FIGS. 2 to 4, the printing plates 1, 1, etc. are stacked one on top of the other, are placed against the end plate 12A, and the end plates 12A, 12
After fastening B with the bolt 30, hold the handle 32 and move to a predetermined position. When removing, use bolt 30
After removing the end plate 12B, the surface can be seen and the printing plate 1 can be taken out one by one. In this case, since the printing plate 1 leans against the end plate 12A at an angle θ, preferably at an inclination angle of θ-90 degrees to 60 degrees, it does not fall over while being taken out and is stable. Therefore, there is an advantage that the photosensitive resin surface will not be scratched and damaged during removal.

As the conductive plate 5, conductive rubber may be used in addition to a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate or a copper plate. Further, although it is preferable to arrange a conductive material such as a conductive plate on the supporting bottom surface of the photosensitive printing plate 1 in order to prop it up and to establish an electrical connection, as shown in FIG.
