Generally, a photosensitive printing plate is obtained by forming a photosensitive resin on a support such as an aluminum plate. This photosensitive printing plate is usually as large as about 1 m × 1 m per sheet, and weighs very much at 500 to 1000 g per sheet.

Rigid end plates 2, 2 are arranged on both sides and tightened with bolts 3, 3, ... to form a pallet, and the photosensitive printing plate is prevented from being displaced by vibration etc. to prevent damage to the photosensitive surface.

In this case, one end plate 2 is used as a pallet table, and at least one of the end plates 2, 2 between both surfaces of the photosensitive printing plates 1, 1,... Provided. Furthermore, the number of sheets to be superimposed is usually about 700 to 1500 sheets.
Since it weighs ~ 1000kg, a forklift is used.

However, when the above-mentioned end plate is used and the photosensitive printing plates are superposed horizontally, first, a large space of 1 m × 1 m or more is required as an installation area during storage. Secondly, for example, a printing plate group of 700 to 1500 sheets transported close to a plate making machine (image forming machine, exposure machine),
When actually putting on a plate-making machine, for example, about 50 sheets that can be carried by hand, after removing the bolts 3, carefully rest on a table near the plate-making machine so as not to damage the photosensitive resin surface. , It must be taken out and used one by one, and its workability is poor and it has careful handling. Moreover, even about 50 sheets are quite heavy, so the burden on the workers is large. Further, for example, in order to take out every 50 sheets, it is necessary to insert the contact cardboard in units of 50 sheets at the time of superposition in advance, which leads to an increase in cost due to its use.

Thirdly, in connection with the second point, when 700 to 1500 sheets are put together, they are transported by a forklift and transported by a human operator before being put on a plate making machine, and the logistics lack smoothness. .

Fourth, if the end plates 2 and 2 are not sufficiently fastened, the photosensitive resin surface is easily damaged when a certain printing plate is displaced during transportation or the like. In addition, since the slip sheet is removed, when small dust is present between the printing plates, if the end plates are strongly tightened, the dust is easily damaged by the dust. Moreover, even before tightening, the lower printing plate is loaded by the upper printing plate,
Easy to be damaged.

Therefore, a transport device that has a small plane occupied area when installed, can take out the transported one by one as it is, is extremely excellent in workability and efficiency, and has little damage in handling. For the purpose of providing, the present applicant has proposed that a large number of photosensitive printing plates having a photosensitive resin on a support are directly adhered to each other, interposed between end plates without interleaving paper, and It was previously proposed on April 10, 1989 that the photosensitive printing plate group was fixed by fastening the plates, and was installed on a portable table in a substantially vertical state.

On the other hand, when storing or transporting this type of photosensitive printing plate,
Static electricity is easily generated due to the nature of the photosensitive resin, friction between the photosensitive printing plates, and the like. The generation of static electricity causes discomfort and electric shock to the operator.

The above object is to provide a storage and transport device for a group of photosensitive printing plates in which a number of photosensitive printing plates having a photosensitive resin on a support are closely adhered to each other, and the photosensitive printing plate group is connected to a pair of end plates. The photosensitive printing plate group can be fixed by interposing between the end plates, and the end plate of the end plate on which the photosensitive printing plate group leans is placed on a table. In addition to being installed, a substantially planar end surface of the photosensitive printing plate group is brought into contact with a planar conductive material, and the conductive material is connected to a ground wire that can be freely connected to and separated from a target ground portion. it can.

In general, a photosensitive printing plate is prepared by coating a photosensitive composition on a support such as an aluminum plate, irradiating an actinic ray such as ultraviolet light through a negative image or the like, and polymerizing or crosslinking the irradiated portion to form a phenomenon liquid. Insolubilize and elute the non-irradiated part of the light into the phenomenon liquid, and make each part an image part that repels water and receives oil-based ink and a non-image part that receives water and repels oil-based ink Is obtained by

In any case, the photosensitive resin as described above is a support,
For example, when a printing plate provided on an aluminum plate is manufactured, for example, after a series of processes such as degreasing of a support, graining, electrolytic polishing, anodic oxidation, washing with water, drying, application of a photosensitive solution, cutting, and surface inspection are completed. As shown in FIG. 1, it is installed vertically on a portable table 10 without slip sheets.

In the example of FIGS. 2 to 4, the printing plates 1, 1... Are superimposed and leaned against the end plate 12A, and a bolt is provided between the end plates 12A and 12B.
After fastening with 30, the handle 32 is moved to a predetermined position. At the time of taking out, after removing the bolt 30 and removing the end plate 12B, the printing plate 1 may be taken out one by one from the surface. In this case, since the printing plate 1 leans against the end plate 12A at an angle θ, preferably at an inclination angle of θ = 90 degrees to 60 degrees, the take-out is stable without being fallen. Therefore, there is an advantage that the photosensitive resin surface is not rubbed and damaged at the time of taking out.
