Claims (1)
- 周縁部が弁箱本体と支持部材とによつて挟持さ
れるとともに中央部が弁座に対し接離自在に対向
する金属製ダイヤフラムを備えたメタルダイヤフ
ラム弁において、上記ダイヤフラムは自由状態に
おける形状が上記弁座側に中心を有する所望曲率
の曲面状または平面状をなし、かつ上記支持部材
は上記ダイヤフラムとの対向面が上記所望曲率よ
り大きい曲率の曲面状に形成されることを特徴と
するメタルダイヤフラム弁。
