(Prior art) Bathroom doors have traditionally been designed to allow ventilation in the bathroom, and various structures have been proposed for this purpose, but most of them have a large number of doors in one place on the door body. The chevron-shaped slats were arranged vertically and parallelly at appropriate intervals, and these were fixed to the vertical stile.

However, with this structure, when assembling the slats, the slats must be fixed to the door frame one by one using screws, etc., which takes a lot of assembly time. will be exposed on the door surface, and when using hot water in the bathroom,
There was a drawback in that hot water sometimes splashed outside through the ventilation holes, wetting the floor of the room in front of the door.

(Problem that the invention attempts to solve) Therefore, in order to prevent the floor surface of the room from getting wet, it is also possible to use board materials with ventilation holes and to arrange these ventilation holes in a staggered manner. (See, for example, the louvered door disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 56-115489.) However, this method poses a problem in that it takes a lot of assembly time.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the ventilation door according to the present invention is a ventilation door in which glass is fitted into a frame formed by upper and lower and left and right frames, and the lower frame is The upper part has a glass fitting groove, the lower part has a hollow reinforcing part, and the upper and lower parts are connected by a vertical wall to form an integrally molded product,
Furthermore, a required number of ventilation holes are formed vertically and parallel to each other in the vertical wall, and a letter-shaped projecting piece is integrally formed on one side of the vertical wall to hide the ventilation hole. The above-mentioned problem is solved by a configuration in which the lower end edge of the piece is located below the ventilation hole hidden by the protruding piece.

(Function) Ventilation between the indoor and outdoor spaces is achieved through the ventilation holes in the lower stile, and these ventilation holes are hidden by the letter-shaped protrusions. Further, the vertical wall provided with the letter-shaped protrusion and the ventilation hole is integrally formed with the lower stile, so there is no need for work such as assembling separate members as in the conventional case.

(実施例) 以下一実施例を示す図面に基いて説明する。(Example) An embodiment will be explained below based on the drawings.

The door 1 is constructed by joining upper and lower, left and right frames, and fitting glass G into the frame. The lower stile A has a glass fitting groove 2 formed in its upper part, and a hollow reinforcing part 3 formed in its lower part. That is, the glass fitting groove 2
The glass G is inserted into the hole, and the rim C is fitted through the bead B, thereby fixing the glass G. Reference numeral 4 denotes a screw hole, into which a screw is screwed through which the vertical stile 5 is inserted, and thus the lower stile A and the left and right vertical stile 5 are integrally connected. Also,
A vertical wall 6 is integrally formed between the glass fitting groove 2 and the hollow reinforcing portion 3 of the lower stile A, and a required number of ventilation holes 7 are bored in the vertical wall 6 vertically in parallel. The ventilation hole 7 is configured to naturally ventilate the bathroom. Reference numeral 8 denotes a letter-shaped projection protruding from the vertical wall 6 toward the indoor side for the purpose of concealing the ventilation hole 7, and is integral with the vertical wall 6. The lower edge 8a of this protruding piece 8 is located below the ventilation hole 7 that is hidden by the protruding piece 8.

Next, the assembly sequence of the ventilation door of the present invention will be described. First, both ends of the lower stile A of the present invention are brought into contact with the lower ends of the left and right vertical stile 5, respectively, and connected with tapping screws. Then, the glass G having beads arranged on the outer periphery is fitted into the pivot frame formed by the vertical frames 5, 5 and the lower frame A. Then, the upper stile 9 is inserted from the top, connected to both vertical stile 5, 5 with tapping screws, and finally the ridge C is inserted into the lower stile A to complete the assembly.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, the ventilation door of the present invention is a ventilation door in which a glass is fitted into a frame formed by upper and lower and left and right frames, and the lower frame has a glass fitting groove in its upper part. The lower part is provided with a hollow reinforcing part, and the upper and lower parts are connected by a vertical wall to form an integrally molded product.Furthermore, a required number of ventilation holes are formed in the vertical wall in parallel to the upper and lower parts, and A letter-shaped projecting piece that hides the ventilation hole is integrally formed on one side of the vertical wall, and as long as the lower frame according to the present invention is prepared, it can be easily connected in the same way as conventional glass shoji. Can be combined with Of course, the letter-shaped protrusions integrally formed on the vertical wall hide each ventilation hole from the bathroom side, so specifically, the lower edge of each protrusion is more than the ventilation hole hidden by the protrusion. Since it is located below, hot water and water used in the bathroom are blocked by the protrusion and do not reach the ventilation hole directly. Therefore, hot water does not splash outside.
