A synthetic resin material is provided between the plate-shaped parts, and the synthetic resin material includes a plurality of connecting molded parts that connect the two plate-shaped parts, a backbone that connects the connecting molded parts together, and the connecting molded part and a covering part that continuously covers at least one outer surface of the plate-shaped part, and the connecting molded part of the synthetic resin material overlaps with the connecting protrusion piece of the metal member, and the backbone has a covering part that covers the outer surface of at least one plate-like part, and the connecting molded part of the synthetic resin material overlaps with the connecting protrusion piece of the metal member. By partitioning and separating the tip of the metal member from the other metal member, it is possible to achieve insulation and prevent condensation with an extremely simple structure, reducing the number of manufacturing steps. This paper proposes a heat insulating material that can be firmly bonded and supported by materials.

On the other hand, the synthetic resin material 2 having the connecting molded parts 4, 4 and the backbone 5 is molded from a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin or acrylic resin, for example.
The synthetic resin material 2 is integrally connected to the metal member 1 at the same time by inserting the aluminum extruded shape into a composite extruder and performing composite extrusion molding with the resin material. By the above molding, the plate-like parts 3A, 3 are formed simultaneously with the molding of the synthetic resin material 2.
B can be connected, facilitating molding of the heat insulating material, and the plate parts 3A and 3B can be firmly connected. Further, by making the metal member 1 non-hollow, the structure of the composite extrusion die can be simplified, and composite extrusion molding can be easily performed.

It is formed from a plate-like body. The thickness of this plate-like body is slightly thicker than that of the plate-like parts 3A and 3B. In addition, the connecting protrusions 7, 7 of the plate-like part 3A, which is the outdoor side member, are overlapped and brought into close contact with each inner side of the pair of connecting molded parts 4, 4, thereby making the plate-like part 3A and This has further strengthened the connection between the two. Since the pair of metal members 1 are separated from each other by the connecting molded portion 4 and do not come into contact with each other, adiabatic dew condensation can be prevented between the indoor and outdoor facing portions during use. Note that the number of connecting molded portions 4, 4 is not limited to one pair, but may be any plural number.

With this configuration, when the plate portion 3B is located on the indoor side, further prevention of dew condensation can be achieved. The thickness of the covering portion 6 may be thinner than that of the plate portion 3B since there are few problems in terms of strength. Further, the covering portion 6 is integrally molded with the connecting molded portions 4, 4 at the same time.

This backbone 5 maintains a strong connection between the connecting molded parts 4, 4, and eliminates wasteful use of a large amount of resin material by making it unnecessarily thick. This backbone 5 spans approximately the center of the connecting molded portions 4, 4, and has an overall approximately H-shaped cross section, and this shape further improves the support strength of the plate-shaped portions 3A, 3B. In addition, the backbone 5 partitions and separates the tips of the interlocking protrusions 7 and the other metal member 1 (on the right side in the figure), eliminating direct contact between the metal members 1 and 1, and providing heat insulation. It's starting to be effective.

Since the tip and the other metal member are partitioned and separated, a non-contact part is formed between the metal members at the linking part of the synthetic resin material that integrally connects the pair of metal members. Therefore, the heat transfer blocking effect between the pair of metal members can be further improved.
