Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out a treatment properly by controlling supply air quantity automatically based on values of inlet quantity of raw water into an aeration precipitation tank, variation of sludge quantity in that tank and quality of the raw water. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic control method for a treatment apparatus equipped with a raw water tank 1, an aeration precipitation tank 2, a sludge storage tank 3, a raw water pump 4, a blower 5, a discharge pump 6, etc., a discharge time of treated water is detected by a level switch 9. An inlet quantity of the raw water is determined by detecting it with a level switch 10 at two or more levels in relation to respective time factors. A quantity of the precipitated sludge is detected by several level meters 11 in relation to precipitation time zones. COD value of the raw water is detected, the detected COD is converted into BOD value so as to determined it. It is possible to prevent the sludge from mixing into the treated water by using this method.

), aeration settling tank (2), sludge storage tank (3), raw water pump (
4), a blower (5), a discharge pump (6), a sludge extraction pump (7), a septic pipe (8) communicating with the blower, and a level switch (9) that senses the discharge level. In this treatment method, the raw water in the raw water tank (1) is introduced into the aeration and sedimentation tank (2) using the raw water pump (4), and the blower (5)
Air is supplied into the aeration sedimentation tank (2) through the aeration pipe (8), and biological treatment is performed for a certain period of time. Next, the raw water pump (4) and blower (5) are stopped for a certain period of time to allow the sludge to settle, and then the discharge pump (6) discharges the supernatant water to the discharge level detected by the level switch (9). Once the supernatant water has been discharged, the raw water pump (4) and blower (5) are operated again and the above process is repeated. When excess sludge is generated, a predetermined amount of sludge is drawn out to a sludge storage tank (3) by a sludge drawing pump (7).

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Therefore, in the prior art, the amount of air is not changed based on the quality of raw water, etc. Therefore, if the quality of raw water changes, the amount of raw water introduced, or the amount of sludge changes, over-aeration or air There were times when there was a shortage of quantity and the processing situation worsened.

Furthermore, if the amount of sludge increases and the sludge zone rises or sludge bulking occurs, supernatant water may be discharged by the discharge bomb before the sludge has settled sufficiently.
In that case, there were problems such as sludge getting mixed into the treated water. The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above problems, and therefore, to control the amount of air supplied into the aeration and precipitation tank to prevent overaeration and insufficient air amount, and to enable appropriate treatment. Another object of the present invention is to provide an automatic control method for a batch type activated sludge treatment apparatus that prevents sludge from being mixed into treated water.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The feature of the automatic control method of the batch type activated sludge treatment equipment according to the present invention is that the three factors of the amount of raw water introduced into the aeration sedimentation tank, the quality of the raw water, and the variation in the amount of sludge are detected by sensors. These factors are used to control the amount of air supplied into the aeration and sedimentation tank, and the discharge pump is controlled based on the fluctuations in the sludge zone.

(Function) According to this automatic control method +e, the quality of raw water is, for example, BO
Using the D value, if the value increases or the amount of raw water introduced or the dirt Fffk increases, the amount of air introduced is increased, and conversely, if these decrease, the amount of air introduced is decreased. Therefore, overaeration or insufficient air volume can be prevented. Furthermore, when the lη mud zone rises due to an increase in the amount of sludge and approaches the discharge level, the discharge pump is automatically stopped to prevent sludge from being mixed into the treated water.

) The amount of settled sludge within ) is detected depending on the settling time period. Regarding the quality of raw water, in this embodiment, the COD value is measured, and the value is converted into a BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) value to determine the BOD value. It goes without saying that the detection of the BOD value does not have to depend on conversion from the COD value as described above, and may be determined periodically using a simple method.

These data include the amount of raw water introduced (Q), the amount of sludge (
11) and the BOD value (mouth) as the water quality of raw water, the conversion formula for the air ffi (A) to be supplied is A = f (Q, H,
B) is set in a sequencer, etc., and the operating time of the blower (5), intermittent operation, number of blowers (5), etc. This makes it possible to supply a sufficient amount of air (A). An example of this conversion formula is A=(0.5XB+0.053XMLSS value XQ)/5.54. In the above formula, the MLSS value, that is, the sludge concentration in the tank is used as the sludge amount. Note that the conversion formula is not limited to this, and it is clear that other formulas may be used. Moreover, when the sludge zone rises or bulks, it is sensed by the level meter (11), and if the sludge zone approaches the discharge level (e.g.
~50 cm), stop the discharge pump (6). Then, when the sludge zone drops to a certain extent from the discharge level, the discharge pump (6) is operated again. In addition, when a rise in the sludge zone is detected by the level meter (11),
It is also possible to automatically draw out sludge by operating the sludge drawing pump (7).

In addition. Even when the amount of raw water introduced is small or almost non-existent, such as on holidays, the amount of raw water introduced, etc. can be ascertained, and the blower (5
), it is clear that it is possible to control the operating time, number of operating units, intermittent operation, etc.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the amount of air supplied to the 1@8 pneumatic tank is controlled according to the situation in the tank.
Situations such as overaeration or insufficient air volume can be avoided, and biological treatment can be carried out suitably. Furthermore, since the discharge pump is automatically stopped when rebulking occurs in which the amount of sludge increases, it is also possible to prevent sludge from getting mixed into the treated water.
