Claims (1)
れたヘツダパイプ1と、前記被熱交換流体が流出
する出口管4が取付けられたヘツダパイプ2とを
所定長離間するとともに平行に対設し、この両ヘ
ツダパイプ1,2間を多数の扁平管5により連通
したマルチフロータイプの熱交換器において、前
記1つの扁平管5は、2つの半扁平管5a,5b
を最中合せに接合することにより構成し、前記半
扁平管5a,5bのそれぞれに扁平管5内の流路
を部分的に区画するように互いに対向して突出す
る複数のデインプル20a,20bを形成すると
共に、前記2つの半扁平管5a,5bのデインプ
ル20a,20bの頂部21a,21b同士を接
合したことを特徴とするマルチフロータイプの熱
交換器。 2 前記デインプル20a,20bは、前記扁平
管5の軸線の法線方向に対して2〜4mmのピツチ

The semi-flat tubes 5a, 5b are each provided with a plurality of dimples 20a, 20b that protrude in opposition to each other so as to partially partition the flow path within the flat tube 5. A multi-flow type heat exchanger characterized in that the tops 21a and 21b of the dimples 20a and 20b of the two semi-flat tubes 5a and 5b are joined to each other. 2. The multi-flow type heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein the dimples 20a and 20b are formed at a pitch P of 2 to 4 mm with respect to the normal direction of the axis of the flat tube 5. 3 The flat tube 5 has an inner thickness t of 0.5 to 0.5.
