Abstract

PURPOSE:To annihilate noxious insects such as ticks, etc., efficiently and surely by equipping a ventilation path which circulates exhaust flow by making the exhaust side of an electric blower and the dust collecting chamber communicate with each other, and stopping the electric blower when the temperature of exhaust flow has become the specified temperature by a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:When a shutter plate 25 is closed after cleaning funish, a limit switch 38 is turned on. Thereafter, when a reset botton 37 is pressed, a temperature sensor 36 is turned on and current is supplied to an electric blower 7, and the electric blower 7 rotates. At this time, since the suction port 21 is closed by the shutter plate 25, the inside of a dust collecting chamber 4 becomes negative pressure, and the exhaust flow of the electric blower 7 is sucked and supplied into the dust collecting chamber 4 through a cover-side ventilation path 28 from exhaust supply port 34 of a main-body- side ventilation path 29. By this repeat, the exhaust flow circulates, and it becomes hot current by the heat exhausted from the electric blower 7 and heats the dust collecting chamber 7, and annihilate noxious insects such as ticks, etc., stored in a paper bag filter 14 at an exhaust flow temperature of 50 deg.C or more. And when the exhaust flow temperature becomes 65 deg.C, a temperature sensor switch 36 is turned off and the electric blower 7 stops.

[Prior art] Pests such as mites that are inhaled along with dust when cleaning a room are usually filtered out by a filter in the dust collection chamber and are not discharged outside the vacuum cleaner, but there is a risk that they may breed inside the dust collection chamber. To prevent this, it is necessary to kill and completely exterminate them.

Pests such as mites are said to be killed by applying hot air at about 50 degrees Celsius. Therefore, there is a system that circulates the exhaust heat generated by driving an electric blower into the dust collection chamber using a hose to increase the temperature inside the dust collection chamber and kill pests such as mites in the dust collection chamber. It is publicly known as shown in Japanese Patent No.-127026. The outline thereof is as shown in FIG. 7, and the tip of the suction hose 51 inserted into the suction port of the main body case 50 is connected to the exhaust outlet 53 of the electric blower 52 of the main body case 50.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional device, an exhaust outlet 53 that also serves as a connection for the suction hose 51 is required on the exhaust side of the main body case 50, and when the vacuum cleaner is used, there is no need for centralized exhaust. As a result, the exhaust noise becomes louder, and when exterminating pests such as mites, it takes time and effort to set up a long suction hose 51. Also, the suction hose 51 attached to the outside of the main body case 50 may bend or hang, causing the main body case 50 to In addition, since the exhaust flow is circulated through the long suction hose 51, the heating effect of the dust collecting chamber 54 becomes poor and the heating time becomes long.

This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to utilize the space above the blower storage chamber and the dust collection chamber to operate an electric blower. Allows the exhaust air to circulate within the vacuum cleaner body,
This makes it possible to efficiently and reliably kill dust mites and other pests using only the vacuum cleaner itself, without reducing the dust collection capacity of the dust collection chamber, and to achieve complete extermination. The present invention aims to provide a vacuum cleaner that can automatically stop an electric blower.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the vacuum cleaner of the present invention includes a dust collection chamber and an electric blower communicated with the dust collection chamber, housed in the vacuum cleaner body, and A vacuum cleaner is provided with a blower storage chamber having an exhaust port, and has a lid that can open and close the opening of the dust collection chamber, the lid having a suction port formed therein, and the suction port being in a closed state. A ventilation passage for communicating the exhaust side of the electric blower with the dust collection chamber and circulating the exhaust flow into the dust collection chamber is provided in the upper part of the blower storage chamber and the upper part of the dust collection chamber, and a temperature sensor is provided. According to the present invention, the electric blower is stopped when the temperature of the exhaust flow reaches a predetermined temperature.

After cleaning, when the suction port is closed and power is turned on to the electric blower, the exhaust flow from the electric blower is retracted into the blower due to the negative pressure in the dust collection chamber, since the ventilation passage on the lid side communicates with the suction port. It is guided to the dust collection chamber through the ventilation passage in the upper part of the chamber and the upper part of the dust collection chamber and circulates, and the exhaust heat from the electric blower turns it into hot air, which heats the inside of the dust collection chamber to 50°C or more, killing dust mites, etc. kills pests.

Since the ventilation passage is installed at the upper part of the blower storage chamber and the upper part of the dust collection chamber, the high temperature exhaust flow from the upper part of the blower storage chamber is circulated and the dust collection chamber is expanded by the formation of the ventilation passage. There is no need to reduce the capacity. Furthermore, since a suction port is formed on the lid, the suction hose can be easily inserted or removed. Furthermore, when the exhaust flow reaches a predetermined temperature, the electric blower is automatically stopped by a temperature sensor.

At this time, since the suction port 21 is closed by the shutter plate 25, the inside of the dust collection chamber 4 becomes negative pressure, and the exhaust flow from the electric blower 7 flows from the exhaust supply port 34 of the main body side ventilation path 29 to the lid body side ventilation path 28. The exhaust flow is circulated by repeating this process, and the exhaust heat from the electric blower 7 turns into hot air, which heats the dust collection chamber 4 and blows the paper bag at an exhaust temperature of 50°C or higher. When pests such as mites stored in the filter 14 are killed and the exhaust gas temperature reaches 65° C., the temperature sensing switch 36 is turned off and the electric blower 7 is stopped.

[Effects of the Invention] The vacuum cleaner according to the present invention removes pests such as mites that are sucked into the dust collection chamber by the suction hose during cleaning. Since the temperature inside the dust collection chamber is increased to kill pests such as mites in the dust collection chamber by circulating the dust without using a suction hose, all of the problems associated with using a suction hose as in the conventional case are solved. In addition, in particular, the exhaust air circulation path is installed above the blower storage chamber and above the dust collection chamber, so that the high temperature exhaust flow in the upper part of the blower storage chamber is circulated, thereby achieving thermally efficient circulation. The dust collection chamber is heated in a short time, efficiently and reliably killing pests such as mites, and there is no need to reduce the capacity of the dust collection chamber due to the formation of the ventilation passage. Furthermore, since the suction port is formed on the lid, the suction hose can be easily inserted or removed, making the operation easy. Furthermore, since the electric blower is automatically stopped by the temperature sensor when the exhaust flow reaches a predetermined temperature, pests such as mites can be easily exterminated.
