[Prior Art j] Generally, yarn produced by a spinning frame, particularly a ring spinning frame, is rewound by a winder into a package of a size and shape suitable for subsequent processing. In order to save labor and improve productivity, the spinning machine and winder are directly connected through a bobbin conveyance path.
Various spinning winders have been proposed in which a full bobbin (tube yarn) from a spinning machine is transported to a winder, and an empty bobbin after being used in the winder is transported and supplied to a spinning machine. As this type of spinning winder, a spinning winder in which a winder and a spinning machine are connected one-to-one and a peg tray with pegs protruding from the top surface is used to transport full bobbins and empty bobbins was first introduced. It is disclosed in the publication No. 60-50665.

Further, the room temperature for bringing the spinning machine 1 into the I& proper spinning state and the room temperature for bringing the winder 2 into the IjL proper winding state are not the same, and the winder 2 has a lower temperature. Conventionally, it was necessary to air-condition the entire room where the spinning winder was installed to meet the winder's A and N conditions, or create new walls to partition the room and change the air-conditioning conditions. If this was done in conjunction with the winder, the operating energy of the air conditioning equipment would increase, and if the room was divided, the cost of the air conditioning equipment would increase. However, in the spinning winder of this embodiment, winder 2 is installed! This makes it possible to provide the optimum air conditioning conditions for the winder only on the floors where the winder is installed, reducing the cost and operating energy of air conditioning equipment.
