て前記凹部に嵌着されかつ前記枠基板２のイオン
通過穴に対向する位置にイオン通過穴を有する内
枠３とから成り、隔膜４は枠基板２の凹部底面と
内枠内面１０とに融着されており、前記枠基板２
の周縁部７に電解槽仕切用溝内側壁８に密着する
