【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は蛋白練加工機、特に大豆蛋白練加工機

豆蛋白が残り、撹拌作用も不充分なものであつ
た。また低速回転の場合には混〓が不充分で練製

びピニオン5が固定されている。一方ハウジング

メタルを備えた軸受ブラケツト7によつて支承さ
れ、軸受ブラケツト7はハウジング1の内側壁に
固定されている。同様な軸受ブラケツト7が垂直
軸6の上方範囲にも位置し、同様にハウジング1
の内側壁に固定されている。垂直軸6に固定され
たスプロケツト8とモータ軸3a上のスプロケツ
ト4とに亘つてチエン9が巻掛けられている。必
