Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect abnormality generation and to automate warning operation by deciding abnormality on condition that the flow rate error between a flow rate measured value and flow rate date exceeds a predetermined abnormality criterion, and then outputting a warning signal. CONSTITUTION:The measured value Q1 measured by a flow meter 5 and the extent Z of opening of the intake flow rate control value 4 which is detected by a valve opening extent detector 15 is inputted to the abnormality diagnostic device 7 momentarily and an arithmetic part 9 calculates the flow rate differ ence between the flow rate measured value Q1 and the flow rate data Q2 corre sponding to the detected extent Z of opening of the valve found from a valve opening extent/flow rate characteristic 14 and contrasts it with the abnormality criterion Q3. Here, it is judged that abnormality occurs to the intake flow rate control valve 4 on condition that the arithmetic value of the flow rate difference exceeds the abnormality criterion Q3 and it is confirmed by a timer that the abnormal state continues for a specific time; and then the warning signal is outputted to an alarm 11 to let an operator know the abnormality occurrence.

A water intake flow control valve is installed in the middle of the water intake conduit that connects the water receiving well (water receiving well), and the intake flow rate to be sent to the regulating reservoir and the flow rate to be sent to the subsequent water purification processing section are controlled based on the water distribution plan of the water treatment plant. The intake flow rate is controlled between the intake well and the regulating pond to maintain a balance.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, the unpurified water that is sent from the above-mentioned water intake well to the main land leveling contains mud, sand, garbage, etc. Therefore, during water intake, garbage and other substances are often removed. Abnormal situations may occur where foreign objects clog the water intake flow control valve.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and provides a water intake flow rate control system that is capable of automatically notifying an operator of the abnormality before the valve malfunctions when an abnormality occurs in the water intake flow rate control valve. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a valve abnormality diagnosis device.

In order to solve the above problems, the abnormality diagnosis device according to the present invention includes a means for obtaining flow rate data corresponding to the valve opening degree from the valve opening degree/flow rate characteristic of the water intake flow rate control valve, and an actual flow rate value measured by a flow meter. It is equipped with a calculation means for calculating the flow rate difference by comparing the flow rate data corresponding to the valve opening degree of the water intake flow rate control valve detected at the same time, and an alarm means for notifying the occurrence of valve abnormality. The water intake flow rate control valve is configured to determine that the intake flow rate control valve is abnormal and output an alarm under conditions in which the difference in flow rate between the intake flow rate control valve and the intake flow rate exceeds an abnormality determination reference value.

If an abnormal situation occurs in which the intake flow rate control valve is clogged with foreign matter while controlling the intake flow rate in the water intake pipe system, the valve opening will not correspond to the flow rate that actually flows through the water pipe, and the valve will be closed. Even if there is a sufficient amount of water, the flow rate will be small because the flow of water will be restricted by foreign objects.

Therefore, in the above configuration, the valve opening degree of the water intake flow control valve is constantly detected, and the flow rate data Q2 corresponding to the detected valve opening degree obtained from the valve opening degree/flow rate characteristic curve of the water intake flow rate control valve and the flow rate meter A flow difference IQI-92 between the two is calculated by comparing the actual measured water intake flow rate measured with the old value, and here the flow difference IQI-921 is determined as the predetermined abnormality judgment reference value Q3.
If the condition exceeds the above, it will be judged as abnormal, and an alarm signal will be output and the alarm will be activated. Thereby, abnormality diagnosis of the water intake flow rate control valve can be automatically performed.

In addition, by linking the abnormality diagnosis device and the control section of the water intake flow rate control valve, and when an abnormality is detected, an alarm signal is given to the control section and subsequent valve control operations are interrupted. Valve failures can be avoided.

Here, the flow rate data succession unit 8 calculates the valve opening degree Z detected by the valve opening degree detector 15 attached to the water intake flow rate control valve 4 based on the valve opening degree/flow rate characteristic 14 that is specific to the water intake flow rate control valve 4. On the other hand, the actual flow rate Q1 measured by the flow meter 5. The valve opening degree Z of the water intake flow rate control valve 4 detected by the valve opening degree detector 15 is taken into the abnormality diagnosis device 7 from time to time. Then, the calculation unit 9 calculates the flow rate difference IQI-Q21 between the actual flow rate value Q1 and the flow rate data Q2 corresponding to the detected valve opening degree Z obtained from the valve opening degree/flow rate characteristic 14, and then calculates the predetermined abnormality judgment standard. Contrast with 4fiQ3. Here, the flow rate difference IQI
It is determined that an abnormality has occurred in the water intake flow control valve 4 under the condition that the calculated value of -1121 exceeds the abnormality determination reference value Q3, and the timer 10 indicates that this abnormal state will last for a predetermined period of time (about several minutes).
After confirming that the abnormality has continued, an alarm signal A is given to the alarm device 11 to notify the operator of the occurrence of the abnormality. At the same time, this alarm signal A is also given to the control unit 6, and the subsequent flow rate control operation is interrupted so that the valve opening of the water intake flow rate control valve 4 remains at the current state. Note that if the abnormality in the intake flow rate control valve 4 is corrected and the control unit 6 is reset, the normal flow rate control state is restored again.

By taking in the water level signal H detected by the water level gauge 16 installed in the water level meter 16 and correcting the stored data of the valve opening/flow rate characteristic 14 described above, valve abnormality diagnosis can be made more easily based on the flow rate data that takes pressure fluctuations into account.
