値を超えた条件で取水流量制御弁が異常であると判定し

を超えた条件で異常と判定して警報信号を出力し、警報
器を作動させる。これにより取水流量制御弁の異常診断

報信号Aは制御部6にも与えられ、取水流量制御弁4の
弁開度をその時点の状態に止めるように以降の流量制御
動作を中断する。なお、取水流量制御弁4の異常を復旧
した上で制御部6をリセットすれば、再び通常の流量制
