In such a movable partition device, the movable wall is generally not only slidable like a sliding door, but also movable in various ways for storage in a storage section or the like. Therefore, it is often the case that the rails are provided with branching portions so that the traveling bodies supporting the movable wall can be guided to different routes as necessary.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, a conventional running body has running wheels mounted on both ends of a support shaft provided at the front and rear, and these four running wheels are formed on both sides of an opening. It is made to be in contact with the ground rail surface. However, with such a configuration, when the traveling body passes through a branching part of the rail, one of the traveling wheels may fall into the opening, and when the traveling wheel rides on the rail surface again, it may fall into the opening. There is a problem that shock and large running resistance occur. In other words, when one of the running wheels passes over the opening at the branching point, the remaining three running wheels will support the load, but due to the influence of centrifugal force, etc., the load will be applied to the point of application of the load. If the vehicle deviates to the outside of the triangular area connecting the three wheels, the vehicle will tilt, and the floating wheels may fall slightly into the opening.

If the running wheels sink even slightly into the opening, if the moving wall is heavy, a large amount of force will be required for the running wheels to ride on the rail surface, making smooth movement difficult. There's a problem.

[Function] With this configuration, when moving the movable wall, the left and right running wheels roll on the rail surfaces formed on both sides of the opening, so that each running body is placed on the rail. You will be driving along. In this case, each running body has auxiliary wheels at both ends in the running direction that roll into the left and right rails, so even if the main body of the running body and the suspension rod are connected in a tiltable manner, each running The body does not swing up and down about the axis of the running wheel.

When the traveling body reaches a branching part of the rail and the traveling wheels cross the opening, the front and rear auxiliary wheels are pressed against the rail surface and support the load. That is, according to the configuration of the present invention, the contact position of one auxiliary wheel with respect to the rail surface, the contact position of the traveling wheel with respect to the rail surface, and the contact position of the other auxiliary wheel with respect to the rail surface are all in the traveling direction. Become a different person. Therefore, when the running wheels are passing through the opening, it is possible to design such that both auxiliary wheels contact the rail surface and receive the load. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the problem of the wheel falling into the opening at the branching portion.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the traveling body 4 includes a main body 42 having a stepped through hole 41 in the center for penetrating and holding the suspension rod 5. The upper end flange 51 of the suspension rod 5 is rotatably and tiltably supported via a thrust bearing 52 on a spherical seat 43 provided on a step. Cantilever main shafts 44 are integrally protruded from both sides of the center of the main body 42 with their axes coincident, and a pair of left and right running wheels 45 are rotatably supported on these biaxial shafts 44. . Further, both ends 42a, 4 in the running direction of the main body 42
Auxiliary wheels 46 and 47 are provided on 2b. That is, the ends 42a and 42b of the main body 42 have opposing side walls 42c.
, 42d are installed vertically, and the opposing side walls 42c
Auxiliary spindles 48.49 are installed between the space and the side wall 42d, and the auxiliary wheels 46.
47 is supported. The auxiliary wheels 46, 47 are formed by arranging a plurality of rolling elements 46a, 47a adjacent to each other via spacers 46b, 47b. Each rolling element 46a146b is made of metal and has a bearing structure, and is supported by four common auxiliary support shafts so that they can rotate independently of each other. Auxiliary wheels 46 and 47 are running wheels 45
The diameter of each auxiliary wheel 46.4 is set to be smaller than that of the running wheel 46.
The distance between the axes of the wheels 7 and the running wheels 45 is made as short as possible to improve turning performance. While the traveling wheels 45 are supported by the rail surface 24, it is desirable that the auxiliary wheels 46.47 also be in rolling contact with the rail surface 24, but the mounting of the traveling wheels 45 and the auxiliary wheels 46.47 is possible without any dimensional error. In normal cases, the load is always set to be applied to the traveling wheels 45 side.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the traveling body 4 reaches the branch part 22 of the rail 2 and the traveling wheels 45 cross the opening 11,
The front and rear auxiliary wheels 46 and 47 are pressed against the rail surface 24 to support the load. That is, according to this traveling body 4, the rail surface 24 of one of the auxiliary wheels 46
The rolling contact position a with respect to the rail surface 24 of the running wheel 45 and the rolling contact position a with respect to the rail surface 24 of the other auxiliary wheel 47
The rolling contact position C with respect to No. 4 is different in the running direction. Therefore, when the traveling wheel 45 is passing through the opening 1, it is possible to design such that both the auxiliary wheels 46, 47 roll into contact with the rail surface 24 and receive the load.

Therefore, the problem that the traveling wheels 45 fall into the opening 1 at the branching portion 22 can be prevented. A detailed explanation based on FIG. 3 is as follows. First, FIG. 3 shows that one side of the traveling wheel 45 of the traveling body 4 is separated from the rail 24 and the opening 1 is opened. It shows the moment when you are about to cross. In the section traveling from position p to position q, the traveling wheel 45 cannot come into contact with the rail surface 24, but in that section, both the one auxiliary wheel 46 and the other auxiliary wheel 47 are in contact with the rail surface 24. It will roll on the rail surface 24,
The load is on the support shafts 48.49 of these two auxiliary wheels 46.47
It can be supported by Therefore, the running wheel 45
does not fall into the opening 11. Therefore, there is no possibility that the traveling wheels 45 will once fall into the opening and then ride on the rail surface 24 again, and the movable wall 6 can be moved easily and smoothly.

In addition, as in this embodiment, each auxiliary wheel 46.47 is
A plurality of rolling elements 46a, 47 are mounted on a common auxiliary support shaft 48, 49.
If the elements a are supported so that they can rotate independently of each other, when the traveling body 4 moves while changing direction at the branching part 22 of the rail 2, the inner rolling elements 46a and 47a and the outer rolling elements The rotational speeds of the moving bodies 46a and 47a are different. Therefore, the slip between the auxiliary wheels 46, 47 and the rail surface 24 can be suppressed to a minimum, and running resistance can also be reduced from this point of view, allowing for nimble operation.
