Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain powder of gold or silver foil having desired size fit for addition to food and drink by pulverizing the gold or silver foil with a mixer fitted with rotary cutter and sorting the resulting blown-up powder by size with a filter laid above the rotary cutter. CONSTITUTION:Gold or silver foil is obtd. by a traditional Japanese paper beating method and pulverized with a mixer having the same structure as a conventional one for domestic use and fitted with a filter laid above rotary cutter. The resulting powder of the gold or silver foil blown up by rotational force is stored by size with the filter.

Since the target is food and drink, it should not be harmful even if it enters the body, the luster of gold and silver powder should not be lost, it should not hurt the tongue, and if it is in a drink, it should not settle. It is preferable to use one that satisfies the following conditions.

Therefore, gold and silver leaf made using traditional washi paper has no impurities and is excellent in terms of luster, but it is difficult to handle and there is currently no established method for powdering it.

In the method of the present invention, gold and silver foil made using traditional Japanese paper is pulverized using a mixer, and the size of the gold and silver powder blown up by the rotational force is sorted using a filter installed horizontally above a rotating blade.

Gold and silver leaf made with traditional Japanese paper stamping do not contain any impurities and are suitable for eating and drinking. There are about 20 types of gold and silver leaf, including Gomo-iro, the best color, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4, but No. 1. Colors up to No. 4 can be used, and five-color is an alloy with copper, so it is hard and unsuitable.

In addition, gold leaf with a high golden color has a high copper content and a low proportion of silver, so No. 4 color is suitable.

A suitable filter is a silk fabric commonly called goose, which is wrapped around the inner lid and placed above the rotary blade to crush the gold.
It is placed slightly above the silver foil.

In the method of the present invention, the gold and silver foil powder is powdered by the rotating blade of the mixer, and since the powdered gold and silver foil powder is light, it rises due to the rotational force of the rotating blade, and the large size of the gold and silver foil powder passes through the filter installed above. It is possible to obtain the desired gold/silver foil powder by determining the

In the present invention, the gold and silver foils made from traditional Japanese paper stamping do not contain any impurities and are not harmful even when added to food or drink, and there is no need for a step to remove impurities.

The cutting of gold and silver foil is done using the rotating blade of the mixer.
Since the gold and silver foil is cut while floating, the gold and silver foil does not harden or stick to other surfaces.

Furthermore, the size of the gold and silver foil powder floating due to the wind pressure caused by the rotational force of the rotary blade can be determined by whether or not it passes through the filter installed above, so the gold and silver foil powder of the desired size can be determined. It's not too big or too small to lose its luster.

(1) Then, the mixer was rotated to powderize the gold leaf, and when the gold leaf powder became visible between the inner lid and the gose silk cloth, the mixer was stopped, and the obtained gold leaf powder and matcha were mixed. The size of the gold leaf powder at this time was approximately 0.04-ring x 0.04-1.

(2) In addition, when matcha is mixed with smaller gold leaf powder that has passed through all the gold leaf powder that has been powdered from Gosse silk cloth, when it is made, the gold leaf powder is on the bubbles, but it loses its luster, and the gold leaf powder loses its luster. It was difficult to recognize it as such.

(3) Next, when the matcha is mixed with thick gold leaf powder that has not passed through the gose silk cloth at all,
Most of the gold leaf powder sank and was hidden behind bubbles, making it difficult to detect, causing an unpleasant sensation on the tongue when drunk, and much of it remaining on the bottom of the bowl.
