考案の構成 本考案は上記の目的を達する装置として、対称
形状の開口縁を有する上下一対の隔室部材を向か
い合せに配置して両者の開口縁により被験用薄膜

含む供試液を収容もしくは流通させるための第1
拡散室を、また下方の側には前記薄膜を透過して
きた前記透過性物質の溶媒となるブランク液を循
環もしくは流通させるための第2拡散室をそれぞ
れ形成し、前記第2拡散室の液入口及び出口に接
続した液循環用流路中に注射針等の挿入を許容す
る採取口を設けたものを構成した。

流路6中の採取口、9はポンプ、10は弁6bを
介して流路6に接続されたブランク液(又はガ
ス)排出口、11は注射器11a等の採取器を操
作しうるオートサンプラー、12は透過物質検出
装置である。
