Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a granular detergent composition for business use, excellent in storage stability, bleaching power, detergency, anti-caking properties and classification resistance by mixing a bleaching and cleaning agent containing a surface active agent and a peroxide with a bleaching activator comprising tetraacetylethylenediamine granulated with a specified binder. CONSTITUTION:A granular detergent composition for clothing, which contains 8-50wt.% anionic surface active agent (e.g. a salt of a 10-18C alkylbenzenesulfonic acid) and/or nonionic surface active agent (having an HLB of 8 to 18, preferably 8.5 to 13); 10-50wt.%, preferably 10-30wt.%, percarbonic acid salt or perboric acid salt; 1-25wt.% granular tetraacetylethylenediamine (granulated with a binder comprising a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether or carboxymethylcellulose having a melting point of 40-80 deg.C); 10-40wt.% zeolite and/or tripolyphosphate: 2-20wt.% heavy sodium carbonate; and 2-40wt.% light sodium carbonate.

Description

る。更に詳しくは、貯蔵安定で漂白洗浄力に優れ、しか
も、耐ケーキング性、耐分級性が改良された、特に業務
用に適した粉粒状洗浄剤組成物に関する。

、特開昭63−196698号公報には、非イオン界面
活性剤、石鹸、炭酸ナトリウム、珪酸ナトリウム、過硼
酸ナトリウムおよびトリポリリン酸ナトリウムを配合し
た固結防止性と貯蔵安定性の良好な業務用洗剤が開示さ
れている。しかしながら、これらの業務用洗剤の漂白洗
浄力は必ずしも満足のいくものではない。

チレンジアミンを配合すべく検討した。その結果、特定
の結合剤を使用して造粒したテトラアセチルエチレンジ
アミンを用い、重質炭酸ナトリウムと軽質炭酸ナトリウ
ムとを特定の重量比で併用すれば、貯蔵安定で漂白洗浄
力に優れ、しかも耐ケーキング性、耐分級性の良好な粉
粒状洗浄剤組成物が得られることを見出し、本発明を完
成した。
